Unwind at this stunning lake house, located within 25 minutes of Tampa airport. This well-maintained property features an open floor plan with 3 beds, 2 full baths, an open kitchen/living room. A place to gather with your family & friends and make happy memories. A screened porch overlooking the lake. A fully fenced backyard, and access to 2 acres of land surrounded by lush trees with a feel of being surrounded by a forest. Very peaceful and friendly, relax on our dock by the backyard lake and maybe do some fishing! Although shops and restaurants are nearby, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Home features a one car garage with additional parking on site. Welcome home!

Please note: The house has well water with a filtration system.

We are a pet friendly home, however there is an additional Pet Fee of $141.88 for up to two dogs, which is not part of VRBO's "all fee's included statement". The Pet Fee will be a separated charge from the Host at time of booking.

Beautiful property! Very kind and responsive host. The back yard if fully fenced, beautiful sunsets over the pond and the fire it is perfect! House was lovely, had everything we needed.

Convenient to airport

We enjoyed our little stay at this home. It is convenient to the airport and only took us about 35 min to get to Busch Gardens, 45 min to get to St. Pete.

Second stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as good as the first time. The property was clean, the location is convenient, and the property manager is always very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Lutz Fla property

Excellent vacation in the Fla countryside. Dinning and shopping close by. Most Tampa touristy places 30 minutes away. Dock and lake very relaxing.

Great house on a quiet street. The large fenced yard was full of big beautiful cypress trees. House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and convenient for us to attend our events in both Clearwater and Wesley Chapel, plus there were tons of food options and a Publix supermarket nearby. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Excellent Home!

I was very impressed with the home and the little extras like water bottles in fridge, paper towels, enough TP, tissues, packaged toothbrushes in case you needed it, and more. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here to celebrate our friend’s birthday. It was close to her house in Lutz and easy access to Tampa.The house is a nice size - plenty of room for the 2 of us.The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens

Cozy and peaceful hideaway

A peaceful and relaxing lake home with all the necessities and close to everything but not busy or noisy. The host was very fossorial and available. Would definitely visit again.

Great place to stay

Very accommodating owner. Brought a newborn and the owner provided a high chair, pack n play, and a brand new stroller. Great location easy access, and very very clean. Will rent again if I’m in the area again.

Old Florida!

Really cute house, well appointed inside with everything you need and very clean. Wonderful yard that backs to the lake. If you need to be in north Tampa or just north of Tampa this is a great place to stay. We will stay here again.

Perfect spot in Tampa

This was the perfect location, close to everything. The hosts were extremely good with communication. The lake was our favorite part. The house was super clean and had anything you could possibly need. Absolutely fantastic and would 100% book again.
