This getaway is made up of two separate condos - the two-bedroom, two-bathroom main section for six, and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom lock-off studio for two. This listing is for both, but each unit can be rented separately as well!

🏖️ BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach are provided by La Dolce Vita (866-651-1869). Hours are 9 am to 5 pm from March 1st through October 31st. La Dolce Vita manages all beach services under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies apply to all guests and resort owners. Beach setups may be rented directly on the day of, subject to availability. To reserve a beach setup in advance or for more information, please call 866-651-1869 or reserve online. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in or stay. If you are under 25 years old and are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is 25 years of age or older, you will not be permitted to stay in this unit. Please call Vacasa as soon as possible about your reservation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
