Our 2 bedroom house sits a stones throw away from one of the most gorgeous beaches in the BVI.
The master suite opens on to an extended balcony with an expansive seating area to enjoy the views of the surrounding islands. The outside area includes teak loungers and dining furniture and a tropical garden adjacent to the beach.
The house comfortably sleeps 4 people in two double rooms. If your group is larger please let us know the ages to see if the property fits your group.

Amazing Location in Paradise

Brewer’s Bay Beach Home is an amazing place to stay for relaxing in Paradise! Where else can you stay with an awesome beach just steps from your home? The colors of the aqua Caribbean waters are amazing. Snorkeling right where you are. We saw quite a variety of fish. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing get away this is the place. Definitely follow the recommendations to rent a 4-wheel drive. The roads are definitely an adventure. on

Absolute dream!

The location of this house absolutely cannot be beat! We had a jam packed itinerary planned, but nothing compared to the private beach and convenience of the house, so most days we chose to stay and enjoy the house. Truly, the most stunning house on the most beautiful, calm beach. We all had a blast snorkeling, paddle boarding, building sand castles, and the house was perfect for traveling with 2 young children (7 and 10). Every single morning, we couldn’t believe the stunning view we woke up to!

Delightful Stay on Brewers Bay

We loved our stay on Brewers Bay! The location and views are great! The only downside to staying on the water is the bugs. A/C units worked well and kept us cool inside. Mobbsie was great to work with and went above and beyond to help us when our crappy car from Avis broke down on us at the ferry port. Thanks for a great stay!

Paradise Part II

This was our second time staying at the Brewer's Bay Beach House with our two teenage daughters and our small dog, and everything about it - location, size, creature comforts, host and property manager continue to be wonderful. The consistently helpful and friendly property manager assisted with the delivery of groceries before our arrival, and the house was in pristine condition. The house's location on the beautiful beach is an incredible asset, and except to go scuba diving and shop in Road Town, everything we wanted to do to relax - take walks on the beach, snorkel, paddle board - were steps away.The host, Judy, and her family could not be more friendly and responsive. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to vacation here again.

Beautiful Location

The location of this property is stunning! The pelican "show" was fun to watch every day. Its a bit of an adventure getting to the property (especially when it rains!) but no problem with 4wd vehicle. Easy drive to Cane Garden Bay, Long Bay Beach and Smugglers Cove.

As Good as it Gets

Half way through our stay, someone in our group remarked about the house, location, and view, “I’m not sure what could get any better.” Its true. This is a great house at an amazing location. As advertised if not even better…. The access roads are steep and not for the faint of heart, but that is one of the reasons why the house and adjacent beach are so wonderfully remote. There is really no reason to leave, but we did pull ourselves away for a day trip to the Baths and Soggy Dollar Bar. Highly recommend. We hope to be back, sooner rather than later.

Best Vacation House Ever!

My wife, twin 17 year old daughters, and small dog, Buddy, had one of our best vacations in large part due to this beautiful house, its incredible oceanfront location, and the super helpful hosts. The hosts, Judy and Chris, replied immediately to all our questions ahead of our arrival, and as a result our rental car was waiting for us when we arrived at the Road Town ferry terminal, our refrigerator and pantry were fully stocked with items we purchased online, and the BVI govt veterinarian was waiting at the ferry terminal to do a final certification approval for Buddy. Mobbsie, the house manager, also met us at the ferry terminal and lead us to the house - the roads as others have pointed out do take some getting used to - but we found that our Waze app worked fine - and in short order we knew our away around this wonderful island. Situated right on a beautiful, but little used beach, we had morning and evening walks on the beach, snorkeled and rented some diving equipment that was delivered to the house. The house is beautifully appointed and comes with everything we needed. The AC and fans in the bedrooms made our nights very comfortable, and the Wifi allowed our graduate student to do some studying when she wasn't in the water or playing on the beach with Buddy. Sincere thanks to Judy and Chris and their lovely family who we had the good fortune to encounter at random times throughout our stay.

Great House and Beach.... Amazing!

Judy's Brewers Bay Beach House was amazing! Even better than the great reviews! The house was perfect for my wife, 16 year old son, and me. It is a beautiful 2-story right on the beach. The time spent relaxing on the front porch both will be remembered forever (wish I was still there...) The small fenced in yard is picturesque. The water is calm and beautiful with gentle waves washing up on rocks in front of the house. The beach is amazing. We had it to ourselves other than the friendly neighbors out for a daily walk or the occasional fisherman. The drive to Cane Garden Bay and Rode Town were easy for the restaurant/bars and shopping. Island Time provided a great rental car. Mr. Green's taxi was a great help to and from the airport. And Mobsie was a great host and very responsive. We have traveled extensively in the Carribean and this was our third trip to the Virgin Islands...This house and island are right at the top of our list! Amazing house, beach and island!

House is Amazing, its Location Divine!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this house will not disappoint! Beachfront in beautiful Brewer's Bay. You have the beach essentially all to yourself. We did not book other activities, and after getting to this house we were so glad, because we didn't want to leave. House is well equipped with all essentials for living and enjoying the beach. Chairs, cooler, paddleboards are all included. We had such a relaxing vacation, we cannot wait to go back to Brewers Bay House!

Amazing Experience

We couldn't be happier with our experience the Beach House. Steps away from the ocean, we spent most of our time either paddle boarding or snorkeling. We took our 2 small children (6&4) and they had the best time of their lives. We can't wait to go back.

The property was fantastic. Great location on Brewers Bay couldn't be better. We really enjoyed the house and all of the amenities. We would consider staying here again.

Hidden treasure on the beach!

We just spent the most relaxing week on Tortola in this really special rental that is directly on the beach! My husband and I spent the entire visit enjoying all the house has to offer. We had groceries delivered before we arrived and only left the house two times to pick up a couple of items at the Riteway in Road Town. As others have said, driving on Tortola isn't for everyone. Fortunately, Mobbsie met us when we arrived and we followed him to the house. Would definitely recommend this rental!

The setting on the beach was superb. The house, appliances, and linens were quality and comfortable.

Chris and Judy (owners) communicate very well and promptly. The house could not be better. Peace, privacy, view snorkeling out front steps. We are already talking about when we can return.

Perfect Setting

We've stayed at many rentals over the years, but this has to be one of the best, if not the best, locations we have ever stayed. Beyond the spectacular views (oh, those sunsets!), the beach itself was basically ours for the week. Aside from the occasional visit from a local fisherman or someone walking their dog or taking a quick dip in the ocean, this beautiful beach was private. And, you are only steps to your rental if anything is needed...like maybe a cool adult beverage! The rental itself had wonderful outdoor spaces. We loved the hanging chairs! And the bedrooms are air conditioned...this is a major plus as it could get stuffy if not for the AC. The road down to the rental is not ideal and certainly not for the faint of heart, but plenty of people have done it so....we decided to truly relax and not be stressed about the roads, so we canceled our rental car and used a wonderful taxi service for the week..Ferrol's Taxi Service (highly recommend Frank's company). We had provisions brought in by Riteway and enjoyed simple meals at home using the kitchen's stove or the outside grill. We ate al fresco every evening with the best view on the island! We did go to Quito's Gazebo one night for dinner and it was awesome! And Frank took us to the West End ferry one morning, which we took over to Jost. Brewer's Bay is probably one of the prettiest beaches in Tortola...so do yourself a favor, book this place and plan to enjoy the beautiful water and views all to yourself.

Luxury Paradise Found!

LOVE the beach house at brewers bay! Words cannot express how fantastic this rental is… safe, clean, gorgeous private beach as your front yard— it’s just you and the birds! Every now and then you’ll meet the kind neighbors and their dogs or you’ll see someone who found this secluded spot— but not for very long. The house is well-appointed. Beds and bath are comfortable. AC in the bedrooms are clutch! My friend and I switched rooms halfway through so we could both enjoy the views from the bedroom haha. The other room is just as nice however. Kitchen and home is well-stocked. Porch furniture is relaxing. Communication was timely and helpful. We love it so much we’re going back! Pro-tips: get a 4WD. The roads are rocky and narrow, especially if you’re not used to mountainous terrain. However. it is soooo worth it! And if you want to minimize trips out, there’s grocery and provisions delivery! Also, if the bugs are drawn to you like they are me. bring extra repellent. If you’re looking for a serene, peaceful vacation with tremendous views of the ocean, calm and clear snorkeling, this is YOUR paradise! I can’t wait to go back.

Secluded Beachfront Getaway

The setting for Brewers Bay Beach House is fantastic! The stay offers the ultimate in seclusion with a beach that is practically your own. The balcony and the patio offer two great vantage points for gazing at the beautiful view over the bay with awesome sunsets. Mobbsie, the property manager, is wonderful. He helped us out twice with rental car and transportation issues. We'd have been lost without him. We've booked for next year!

Ideal Setting to unwind

We stayed at the Beach House for the week before Christmas with our two college age daughters. We all were coming from busy lives and really needed a chance to unwind and be together as a family. This was the ideal setting for that...we ordered our provisions to be delivered to the house (which was seamless) and arrived to a stocked refrigerator and pantry to begin our vacation. Having arrived at the house after dark to wake up to the view from the master bedroom was nothing short of spetacular. We enjoyed every minute of the amazing blue waters of Brewers Bay. The girls loved to use the stand up paddle boards, we floated on noodles in the small surf, we snorkeled the reef right off the front of the property. Afternoon games and tropical drinks on the outdoor covered dining table and then home-cooked dinners al fresco. We rented a car and a boat through Island Tim Rentals (recommended by Judy) and they were fantastic to work with...easy to drive to Nanny Cay and pick up our boat and spend a day on the water island hopping and snorkeling. Judy and Chris and Mobbsie the caretaker were all so incredibly helpful and communicative. It was a dream vacation for all of us and we will definitely look to return!

Great House in Quiet Location

Mobbsie met us at the grocery and we followed him to the house on arrival, which was wonderful, as we would never have found the house as it is tucked away at the bottom of a very steep hill. The house was very private and well laid out, but we were unfortunate with the weather in that the sea was very rough and the water and beach was filled with sargassum seaweed which had a very unpleasant smell. We were not able to do any snorkeling or swimming at the beach because of the conditions. Judy and Mobbsie were very easy to communicate with and it is unfortunate that our timing was off as it could have been a wonderful vacation.

Tranquility at the Brewers Bay Beach House

We loved every single moment we spent at the Brewers Bay Beach House! The location is incredibly tranquil and out of the way just enough to feel like your own private hideaway, yet close enough with a car to town/ferry terminals/beaches/restaurants. The fact that the house is literally right on the beach absolutely made the experience for us. Aside from an occasional neighbor walking a dog you have the beach pretty much all to yourself. We enjoyed using the standup paddle board, kayak and snorkel gear every day. Listening to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore day and night was exactly what we needed to relax and reset. The house has two amazing outdoor spaces where we relaxed in the sun and shade very comfortably. The house itself was comfortable and having the AC at night to sleep was great. What this house may lack in high end furnishings/decor, it more than makes up for in location, we would go back tomorrow if we could! Mobbsie was so kind and met us at the ferry terminal so we could follow him to the house. Also Judy recommended Island Time car rentals and they were super accommodating. Bananakeet was our favorite spot for sunset and delicious food. We had a wonderful time at the Brewers Bay Beach House, thank you so much Judy & Chris!

Incredible property, exactly as advertised!

The Beach House is one of those places in this world that, if you’re lucky to stay there, you will never forget. Stunning views of Brewers Bay and out to JVD, crystal clear water with amazing snorkeling literally steps away from the back door. A secluded beach to yourself, with a friendly beach bar at the very far end if you fancy an afternoon tipple. Amazing! The only catch (there had to be one) is the drive to the house can be a bit hair-raising especially if you’ve never driven on Tortola before. Be sure to rent a car with 4WD or AWD to navigate the steep hills and hairpin turns, and just take it nice and easy. The house is worth it!

Long term residents of the BVI and water lovers, we discovered the Beach House when exploring the surrounding shore line. We were very fortunate to be able to make it our second home in the BVI. We are long term residents in the BVI. Chris was born and raised here and when he is not directing ships he is sailing them...Judy moved to the BVI in 2000 from her native UK and is a keen swimmer and paddle boarder. Their 2 teenage sons are keen watersports enthusiasts and can be seen paddleboarding, sailing or fishing in the Bay.

We fell in love with our property that Is very unique being right next to the water and having a beautiful flat garden that our children could play in and with plenty of space to relax and dine al fresco. The Beach is not easily accessible to the public so it is often deserted. The neighbourhood is friendly and peaceful whilst the location is still close to Road Town and several good quality shops and restaurants.
