We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great proximity to St. Augustine and it was nice to have a beach access within walking distance. Also great to have access to beach chairs and toys. The outdoor shower was great, as was the deck in the backyard.Highly recommend and would stay here again if in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean with plenty of cooking utensils. The neighborhood is quiet and very relaxing. Our dogs loved running around in the back yard... The only thing about the back yard was one of our dogs loves to chase lizards and was able to get under the house by going under the back stairs... There should probably be something blocking the dogs from getting underneath the stairs. Other wise every thing was good.

The property was clean and neat. It had everything we could have wanted right down to the extra doggy bags for #2’s. The value was excellent and the location to the beach was perfectly placed for our family. We would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay

We’ve stayed at this property several times and it’s consistently fantastic. Super clean, well fenced yard for the dog, everything you could need for the beach in the shed and room for everyone. Great location too!

Fourth Visit!

We love this property and keep coming back. Lots of room and our dogs have a nice fenced yard. Always know we’ll have a consistently nice place to stay. Perfect location close to beach and short drive downtown. Great owner and mgmt!

Very clean and relaxing

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, the backyard was nice for our little dogs, and the neighborhood was quiet. The property was convenient to going to the beach if we chose to and darn near everything else we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Beach Haven for sure!

Great for our needs. Short walk to beach and convenient drive to many other attractions shops and restaurants. Clear and prompt communications from host. Would stay again!

Great Beach rental

This place made me feel like I was at home! Everything was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of towels including beach towels. The big back yard was great for our dog to run around. We used the chairs and buggy from the shed at the beach which is a short walk down the street. The beach was not crowded at all, but groceries and restaurants were close. From the easy check in/out to the great location, this place was perfect!

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The house was a comfortable size with a nice yard for relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable—easily the best we’ve had on any trip—which made a big difference after long days out. The showers had strong water pressure and stayed consistently warm, which was a big plus.The yard was spacious, though the grass could have used a trim before our arrival as the bahiagrass was a bit high. The fenced yard was mostly secure, with a few patched areas. We did have to block the gate since our pup quickly found a spot where he could stick his head under, but it was manageable.Overall, a cozy, pet-friendly home that made for a restful and enjoyable getaway!

I subject buying new towels we brought our on thnk goodness the look and feel wasnt good they been thier for a while rhe main bed had crumbs in the bed the storage house need to be cleaned out of the broken umbrella and rusty bicycles the house was nice will come bck with my personal linen and towels

Happy and disappointed

The house was perfect. Very comfortable there and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean as well. Location to beach misrepresented. The picture showing beach entry is not a true picture and you have to cross the main highway. Specifically asked about the grill as the majority of the food I was bringing was for a grill. It was completely rusted and 2 of the 3 burners were collapsed and the other burner would only be about 1/8th of an inch on high. Had to buy a mini charcoal grill just to cook on a grill. When I checked in there was a pile of dead yard refuse against the fence . The landscaper showed up 4 days later and still never removed it.

I will make sure the owner is aware of both. The photos have been updated with local scenery and the beach ramp closest to the property and we do state in the description the "short walk" We do have several other properties available in the area and welcome you back to try any one of hem!

My family enjoyed are stay very VERY perfect location for the beach not to far on St Augustine beach picking up shells going in the with the big waves. Beautiful sunset. Nice walks all together. to downtown St Augustine was just about 5 miles away. Perfect 4 days staying at Beach Haven everything excellent for us in the house. Also visitors book.

Loved it!

This was a perfect little beach cottage for a relaxing beach vacation. Loved the fenced in yard for our labs and the back deck was so quiet and ideal to do yoga in the morning facing the nature behind the house. Short walk to the beach and the intercoastal. We also really enjoyed the usage of the bicycles. The artwork and decorations in the house were nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location near the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. House was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities. Our dog loved the yard and we all enjoyed the deck in the mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Fun

My husband and I traveled with our dog and our daughter and her family. The accommodations were as expected per the listing and everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. It was nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items supplied for our visit. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and the nearby park was a plus.
