Beautiful remodeled studio in St. Augustine Beach with a king-sized bed, complete bath, and fully outfitted kitchen, steps from the beach!

Located in St. Augustine Beach, and only a few houses off the beach. Pet-friendly and free Wi-Fi!
There is also a common outdoor shower! The studio also features a stackable washer and dryer, located in a storage room on the side of the unit.

Fabulous location! Close to restaurants, coffee, beach! What else do you need?! We didn’t use our car except to go downtown. Room was clean, affordable, and perfect for two. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a beautiful week!

Spring Break getaway

Great location-perfect accommodations for us. Close to beach and great food/coffee. Easy to get to Old St. Augustine as well. Would definitely recommend!

Labor Day Trip

The property was very clean and nicely maintained. We loved that it was only steps to the beach and a close drive to downtown. The restaurants near this property were delicious as well.

This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. Had some issues with parking from other tenants, but it was quickly handled by the property owner!

Cozy and Convenient

This place is so close to the beach and to coffee, two of the best things you could ever have. Would definitely recommend to people who don’t need much and want to relax on the beach

Great Location!

Location is perfect! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance including coffee shops and ice cream parlors. Easy walk to the beach with newer boardwalk over the dunes. Nice fenced yard for our dog also. Bed is comfortable and the room was very clean when we checked in.

Chilly, But Beautiful Stay in SA!

Cute, studio apartment was delightful. The proximity to the beach as well as St. Augustine was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a bit small, but very usable. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location

If you are looking for a quiet getaway and a great, easy beach access location, this is it! Many easy walking distance places to eat, perfect size for a couple looking for a quick getaway. No major frills, but we weren’t in the space that much so it was just what we needed at an affordable rate.

25th Anniversary Trip

This property was PERFECT! Quick walk ( and I mean quick) to the beach. It was in a perfect location on a quiet street. Walking distance to coffee shop and restaurants! We will definitely be back and bring the family!

Amazing

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Marty is a great host and responded in a timely manner. It is perfectly located with a short walk to the beach and to restaurants. Most importantly we were able to bring our dog to the beach! We will definitely rebook!
