Fantastic Home in the Venice/Nokomis Beach Area

Perfect home away from home, located just a few minute drive from Nokomis Beach, steps from a beautiful golf course, close to Venice Beach, 25 min to Country's top 5 Siesta Key Beach. Variety of mom/pop restaurants and shops just a few miles away. Happy to answer any other questions, review attached Rules Doc for contact info.

Sleeps 6 comfortably. King bed in Master bed w/ensuite bath; Queen bed in 2nd bedroom w/own bath, twin beds in 3rd bedroom w/ full bath (flat screen TV's in all bdrms). Pull out queen sofa sleeper in living room; Nice size kitchen and separate family room, large sliding doors open up the whole back side of house. Separate formal dining room with table that comfortably seats 8 adults.

Fantastic private pool and lanai area great for entertaining.

We had a wonderful stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. The house was beautiful, the owners pleasant, the house well-supplied. It was a wonderful stay and I would be thrilled to stay here again!

Very well appointed large lovely home

The home was fabulous in all areas. It was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked with all you need (dishes, pots, coffee maker & Keurig, etc) with extras. I assume guests leave their extra groceries so we had condiments galore, coffee, sugar even extra water and unopened ice cream in the fridge. Plenty of bath and beach towels in all 3 full bathrooms. The house is large, very comfortable and a pretty beach themed decor. Such a pleasure to enjoy and you really didn’t want to leave enjoying the private salt water pool, the highlight of our trip. Close to shopping Publix and CVS down the road. Venice beach just 15 mins and Siesta Key 30 mins away. Great location! I definitely recommend this home for any type of trip really, girls getaway or family trip sleeps 8 very comfortably. We were 6 so we had lots of room. Might want to bring essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates (if you don’t want to do dishes) but again the kitchen is well stocked and dishwasher works just fine. Our host Megan was involved every step of our check in and check our process. Worth all 5 stars!

Great home, perfect for our stay

We needed a comfortable and convenient stay for my daughter to play in nationals for soccer. This home was 25 mins from the fields and close to the beaches as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we made good use of the pool as well. SO much better than staying at a hotel!

Staycation at its best

We were suppose to be in our new home when my niece from Nashville came for a visit but our house was delayed. We tried to find the perfect place to make their vacation and our staycation pleasurable. Perfect is what we got. Close to the beach and downtown shopping and restaurants. The pool was an added bonus. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us with room to spare. The host had the house clean and very nicely decorated. The host were also very pleasant to deal with and wanted us to be very comfortable. I will keep this place marked as a favorite. Thank you for helping us give our family a nice stay.

Nokomis Family Relaxation Trip

This Nokomis property was in a great location to many eating, shopping and beaches. We love the house and swimming pool. It was a great place to relax and still enjoyed the many activities around the area. Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches where we were able to watch the sun set. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and having us as guests.

Holiday Family Vacation

We had an amazing vacation while visiting Nokomis. The house was gorgeous and we loved the decor. We traveled with two teenagers who used the pool quite a bit. The property was well maintained and in a beautiful development with the golf course in the back yard. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future!!!
