THE LOCATION JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER. Only 10 houses from open water in SW Cape Coral. Desirable SOUTHERN EXPOSURE home on oversized corner lot. Indulge in 3,200 sqft of spacious living in this one-of-a-kind ranch home. Windows all across the front of the house and 12 sliders across the back bring in lots of natural light and great views.

Our vacation villa is decorated in beautiful, tropical furnishings. You'll love the large Sunroom with an entire wall of sliders opening onto the screened pool deck. Our Living Room on the front side of the house features leather couch and recliner chairs.

Bedrooms are all oversized and have pillow-top mattresses.
Master Bdrm - King with sliders to the pool deck, private bath, oversized walk in closet
Bdrm 2 - King with sliders to the pool deck
Bdrm 3 - Queen
Bdrm 4 - Queen + Queen
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.

We also have 2 cots which are appropriate for ages up to teenagers

Split floor plan boasts private Master bedroom on one side of the home, common areas in the middle, and 3 guest bedrooms on other side of the home.

Open, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen features large pass-through window to Sunroom.

MASTER BATH has dressing area with vanity and sink. Separate room contains garden shower, toilet, sink and door to pool deck.
GUEST BATH has extra-long counter with double sinks and tub/shower combo
POOL BATH with sink, toilet and shower.
Beach towels for lounging around the pool.

Spacious Pool deck with table for dining alfresco, gas grill and 4 sun loungers.

HURRICANE 237 BOAT RENTAL AVAILABLE FOR YOUR STAY - PLEASE INQUIRE - One of the largest and most comfortable deck boats with fold out “Bimini” sun canopy. 24 ft long – 225 hp outboard engine. **Special permission is required for bringing other boats/watercraft to our property.

RESTRICTIONS
We live in a quiet residential neighborhood. Absolutely no loud partiers. In case you are traveling with other families, please keep in mind that our maximum occupancy also specifies the number of people allowed in our home and on the property at any given time, including children/infants. I'm sorry, but because of allergies, we are an "Animal Free" zone.

Keywords: Mariner's Landing is a SOUTHERN EXPOSURE Spanish style ranch on canal with oversized pool, large bedrooms. Close to restaurants, marinas, and shopping at Tarpon Point, Cape Harbour and Sanibel.

Friends and Family Fun on the 4th

This house is great. Pool, boat dock, and lots of space. The house is stocked better than any rental home we’ve ever stayed. The location to get to the stores and restaurants, by car or boat, is very easy and close. I highly recommend Mariners Landing and plan to come back.

Beautiful home!

The home is very nice and was clean. Lots of supplies on hand for preparing meals. The pool was great and we enjoyed the boat rental. If you are not familiar with Cape Coral do your homework. Navigating the canals, reading maps and following markers to various ocean beaches can be a bit overwhelming. We had a great instructor on the first full day on the water. Captain Bob gave us lesson. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Please also know that a boater safety course is needed for anyone under 30 who wants to pilot the boat. Fuel costs for the boat were also unexpectedly high. Had we known these things we might have chosen a different location for our vacation. All's well that ends well. We had a great time. But I will admit that boating was stressful at first! I'm glad we got to experience it.

Great location lots of space!

This place has a great location with plenty of space for a large group. It has everything you need. Plenty of cookware like crock pot, pans, blender, dishes, and utensils. Lots of seating by the pool too and plenty of towels. It is an older home so the AC doesn’t get to all the rooms as well, the water pressure is low, and some things are outdated but still worked. Overall a nice place to stay! Janice was very easy to communicate with and get a hold of if we needed anything. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect house for a family

We absolutely loved this house for our family of 8 with adult children. Very spacious and bright. Plenty of seating options and the pool was perfect for all of us. Very cool having the canal right out the back door. Would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back again someday.

Amazing Property!

Wonderful property in a very quiet neighborhood. The kids had a blast swimming in the heated pool and fishing in the canal. We were able to rent a boat for the week and keep it right at the house. The owner is very nice and does great job of communicating. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Great home and great property owner !

We really enjoyed our stay here ! The owner was able to squeeze us in last minute due to a cancelation we had through a property with airb&b. She is a great person to rent from and bent over backwards for us. We appreciate everything she did for us ! Swimming pool was a blast and plenty of room for the whole family. Close distance to food, shopping and beaches. I would highly recommend this stay!

Perfect house for our trip!

We loved this house. The layout was great for our party of 8. It was nice to have a bathroom accessible on the pool deck. We also rented a boat for our stay and the water location was awesome! The home owner was super friendly and has notes all over the house explaining things. So thoughtful and helpful. They really have thought of everything. We would definitely rent this house again!

Paradise in Cape Coral

Everything is as advertised! Janice has a beautiful home at the end of a quiet canal. The Pool is AMAZING! Its over 6 feet deep! We had a group of 11 that included 4 children between 8 to 17 and 7 adults from 19 to 55. You seriously don't have to leave the house, there are games, books, pool toys, bikes etc. We also rented the boat and really enjoyed our time fishing, hitting the islands and just sight seeing the homes, dolphins, manatee and visiting multiple marina's for some amazing seafood! Janice was always available, (even when we had trouble working the TV remote!) and I couldn't ask for a better host. Thanks for letting our family enjoy a little slice of your paradise.

Great for large families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space for our large family! We enjoyed the large pool and deck. We also were able to rent the boat, but the weather didn’t allow much use of it. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The communication with the owner was easy and she was super responsive when we had any questions or issues. This was by far our favorite stay on the gulf! We will certainly return.

Boater's delight

We had a great time here this week. The house had everything we needed, an abundance of extra towels for the pool (which our kids used a lot). The pool was big and deep. The house was very clean and well maintained. Location couldn't be more perfect. Well protected from choppy water, but a very short canal ride to the open water. Our host was very responsive to our questions and very accessible via phone and text. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. The only suggestion I made to the host was to add an additional fridge in the garage or laundry room for drinks, etc. Oh, and there are 3 bathrooms... we didn't find the third until the 3rd day we were there, it's a full pool bath, not connected to the main house, accessible only from the outside pool deck. Has a big shower, toilet and sink. Do bring bug spray, as the screened-in porch doesn't block the no-see-ums, which are common in FL during the summertime. All appliances and kitchen gadgets you would need are there, slow cooker, blender, pancake griddle etc. They have a Keurig coffee maker on the counter, but there is also a regular one under the cabinet I'd you prefer to use that. Great place and great value.

Beautiful home, great location!

This house is perfect for larger families to gather. We utilized the pool almost daily, there was more than enough living spaces & seating for everyone to spread out & relax. The location is perfect, just a short drive to the beach, & plenty of great restaurants. I would highly recommend!

Great family home!!

We had 3 generations of family staying and it was enjoyable for every age. The pool, the dock and bedrooms, family areas exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance, utensils that we needed.

Great extended family Christmas Vacation

We had 3 generations at the house for a family vacation and had a really nice time. The house was spacious with plenty of amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool. There is one bathroom for 3 of the bedrooms which worked out ok because there is an additional bath with the master on the other side of the house and one outside at the pool area. The water heaters were tankless which helped when we were all taking showers one right after the other. The kitchen was well equipped, even refrigerator had condiments and cupboards had supplies like oil, sugar, salt. We just replaced what we used, but nice to have something there if you forgot to get at the store. Plenty of tables to eat at and play games inside and out. We also rented the boat and took it out every day but one when we went to visit other family in the area. I would have liked a little more on the water orientation with the captain, but we managed with the help of the depth finder/navigation system and didn't get into any trouble in the many shallow areas. It definitely helped that I had owned and driven a boat before. Our only problem was the no-see-ums, little biting bugs that didn't bother all of us, but the 4 of us who got bit, got them bad and bug spray didn't help. We were told later that Avon's Skin so Soft works well. I will remember that when we go back. All in all great time and nice home.

Fun in the sun

Our family stayed here for 6 nights, kids really enjoyed the pool, the view from the patio is perfect. Everything is beautiful inside with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, beds were comfy, everything was great. The pool bath is cool too having kids and being able to change back and forth to the pool easy without messing up the house. we enjoyed a boating adventure and was able to rent a boat and have it delivered to the house. Overall we had a great family vacation thanks for having us at Mariner's Landing

Loved our stay!!

We loved everything about our stay here! The house is beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We loved that there was toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and soaps to get us started. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions both before and during your stay. We rented their boat which made our vacation amazing!! We got to see places we would not have been able to without it. The location of this house is perfect, close to stores restaurants and the Golf. We will definitely stay here again!

LOVED IT!

We stayed in this beautiful home for the second time. There were 7 of us so there was a LOT of extra room for all of us. Janice answered our questions immediately. We rented a boat from Captain Bob and Captain John. They were FANTASTIC to deal with. We had a minor mechanical issue with the boat one day, and Captain John was more than fair with us. I'd highly recommend this property to everyone. We hope to be back again someday!

Serene Abode to Relax & Recharge : A Home with Something for Everyone and Everything for Someone :-)

Let me start by reiterating other reviews that - pictures don't do justice.. Everything is more beautiful than described and anyone will appreciate the passion behind. It offers much more space, amenities and supplies than owner has mentioned. The home can accommodate 12 people and everyone kids/adults will definitely find something to entertain themselves during their stay. Now coming to the facts to help my fellow traveler friends : - Check-in experience : We checked in as a group of 3 couples and 1 toddler during the memorial weekend. Easily located the address, got the keys as instructed by owner and stepped in without any hassles only to be surprised pleasantly. - Sleeping arrangements : Clean, crisp and cozy.. exactly as described with good quality mattresses, we all had good night's sleep. They even have some folding beds in the closet. - Kitchen : Fully stocked with utensils, spices, condiments, even some disposables/napkins in case we have missed something. We had everything with us, but was glad to see that Janice has paid attention to everything one might need urgently. - Restrooms : Clean and tidy, the 3rd bathroom is bit hard to locate in the large space, but it does exist. We played a treasure hunt to locate it. Try and have fun :) - Pool : Very clean, though we could not warm it much after 7-8 hours of turning on the heater, the water was not cold though, it was ok. - Interiors : Tastefully decorated, small details taken care of, plenty of space for everyone to enjoy with the group or their private space - Surroundings : Corner plot, tranquil views, we were lucky to enjoy the romantic full-moon at the waterfront. - Extras : Pool toys, beach stuffs, bikes and plenty other items in the garage; a cupboard full of board games, books, dvds, brochures, restaurant guides, countless towels and plenty of little fun all around. - Checkout : We followed simple instructions mentioned and checked out after 3 nights stay. We got full refund of the deposit within 10days. SPECIAL MENTION : Janice was very welcoming, warm and considerate from beginning till end.. easy to reach out and prompt in replying. Thanks Janice for creating a Memorable vacation for us.. we were so delighted, didn't wish to leave ! CONCLUSION: No matter you decide to stay indoor like we did mostly for rains, or you decide to venture outside; this home will satisfy all your needs. So Honestly, Book without any second thoughts, Rejuvenate yourself and ENJOY your vacation!

A SHORT BOAT RIDE to local restaurants at Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour, Sanibel beaches, Ft. Myers beach and the gulf of Mexico. There's great fishing nearby. We also like boating in the Pine Island Sound or to Cayo Costa State Park where you can dock and take the free tram over to the beach. Or dock at Cabbage Key and dine at the famous Jimmy Buffet restaurant.

Close proximity to open water. Most homes in Cape Coral require long commutes at idle speed to get anywhere. We are boaters and wanted quick access to 'full throttle'. At only 10 houses from the river, you can be out in the Gulf of Mexico in minutes. If you are an avid fisherman, quick access allows for morning AND evening trips if you so desire. Sailboat access with no bridges.
