The three interconnected structures: main house (kitchen/DR/LR/3BR/2BA), master cottage suite (LR/1BR/1BA) and caretaker’s studio, together with multiple lanais and breezeway sitting area, total over 4,000 square feet of indoor and covered outdoor living space. There are many cozy nooks and thoughtful built-ins throughout.

Coastal and mountain breezes, day and night, keep the home at an ideal temperature and render air conditioning truly unnecessary. Your days will be kissed by a gentle onshore flow, while the night offers the gift of cool mountain breezes for the perfect sleep. Coqui frogs are often heard throughout the night and the neighborhood roosters start their day jobs early.

Heart of Hualalai’s provides an immersive audio and video experience throughout. Each living space and bedroom is equipped with Sonos speakers and 4K smart TVs. The office nook, in the master cottage, has a dedicated 4k monitor, office chair, dock/attachments for PC and Mac laptops, keyboards/mice, wireless laser printer, etc.
The spa is heated with a high efficiency, on-demand, heat pump set to 102 degrees. The pool is heated through a rooftop solar system designed to keep the pool between 80 and 85 degrees for your comfort. Generally, the pool will be warmer on sunnier days and cooler on cloudier days.

Heart of Hualalai is a hosted vacation rental. The caretaker, your on-site host, occupies an attached studio with separate entrance. They are available for your needs 24/7 and normally only seen when needed.
Heart Of Hualalai is located in a peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood. Our Good Neighbor Policy includes quiet hours from 9:00pm until 7:00am. Excessive noise disturbances during non-quiet hours are not allowed.
