Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will highly recommend to others.House was tastefully decorated and furnished. Very well organized. Pool was wonderful.

The property was great, was spacious and plenty of bathrooms and bedroom for our grouo of 10 people. Views are amazing both ocean view anf backyard. It is fullly stocked up as well.

We had an amazing stay at this property! It was incredibly private and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The views and scenery were absolutely breathtaking—we never got tired of looking out over the landscape.The pool was a definite highlight and quickly became our favorite spot to spend the day. It was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying the surroundings.The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private getaway with stunning views and an amazing pool.

I booked this home for a week long vacation in Kona and it did not disappoint! It looked exactly like the listing, it was super clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Every room except the common areas (living room/kitchen) had cold a/c, the rooms were adorable and the backyard was stunning! Our host was very very helpful and I would definetly book this home again. Every person in the group of 10 were so excited to be in the most beautiful vacation house we've ever seen! I'm so happy to have found the house because we will forget our time in Kona

Perfect house for a big family getaway! All the little amenities (beach toys, pool toys, crib) made the stay that more smooth and enjoyable for my children. The drive to the main Kona area was about 10 minutes which was perfect! The playground was a big hit for my 3.5 year old and we got to enjoy swimming in a beautiful pool everyday. Check-in and checkout was a breeze!

We loved our time at this beautiful home in Kona. We were 4 couples searching for a 4 bedroom/4 bath/with AC on any of the islands, and how fortunate this turned up in the search results. The house is very clean, organized, had everything we needed, and is in a quiet neighborhood. It seems that appliances and furniture are fairly new. The owner is very responsive and it’s an advantage she lives locally. The propane tank for the BBQ was running low, and the next afternoon she dropped off a new one (with the most delicious mangoes from their yard — what a treat!) As another recent reviewer mentioned, the AC is only in the bedrooms. The home is too far from the ocean to get the cooling afternoon breeze, so on the hot and sunny days, the living areas can get pretty uncomfortable depending on your heat tolerance. The best times of day were sitting on the front lanai in the morning listening to the birds, and in the evening watching the gorgeous sunset over the ocean. Nothing can beat that!

House is exactly as pictured!! It was clean and comfortable- a fully stocked kitchen! It is definitely a good set up for older children as one of the rooms is accessible from the outdoor patio not from inside and the other downstairs suite is not accessible from the upstairs either - it is basically 3 separate units! I did not read the listing properly- there is NO AC in the main part of the house so in June it was quite hot - bedrooms had AC which I was thankful for!!Host is lovely and VERY easy to speak with and very accommodating! House has everything even things you wouldn’t expect like calamine lotion and aloe Vera! Pool was a great touch and the view cannot be beat!! The sunsets from this location were stellar!! Would absolutely recommend this home and I would absolutely be back but probably in winter when it’s cooler out :)
