Main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen and a set of bunk beds (max weight on top bunk 165 lbs) and the living room has a queen sleep sofa - sleep 8 people comfortably. If you're staying in the cooler spring or fall months, you'll enjoy the gas fireplace in the family room! There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit, along with cable TV and high speed internet/wifi. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings and comes with 2 parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. This condo is located on the third floor. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $137.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
