Welcome to the Cedar Charm.. This rental is the perfect size for those quick trips out of town . Offers sleeping for 5 people at an affordable price. It has 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed plus tundle bed under 2nd bedroom bed. The property has 2 security camera's outside. Not to mention the property’s excellent central location near everything you’d want to do in Fayetteville NC .

Exactly what we needed!

This property was like giving my southern roots some waterin! The decor is eclectic and takes me back to my granny’s out in the country. We are within walking distance to Hay street where you can grab a quick coffee from Rude Awakening, or take your time at Breakfast at Tiffany’s for Blue Moon Cafe.

Remote Work Extended Stay

The property listing was accurate. My husband was working on a project at the Fayetteville VAMC. I looked for something close to that location. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. The yard was fenced but not totally enclosed. If you are looking for a neighborhood where you can get out and walk with your dogs, maybe not exactly what you might be looking for. We stayed for over 2 weeks and had no issues. The

Cedar Charm

The house was immaculate and cozy. It was a great stopover location for us and our dog on our way to Florida. The couches were comfortable and the flat screen TV was great for watching the football games. The soaps and shampoos provided were high quality and the bathroom was very spacious. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, but we elected to use Uber Eats since we had the dog.

Fayetteville Christmas Visit

Very nice place. Close to down town Old Fayetteville and close to the main highways. The back yard is fenced so our dog could run around. Kitchen had everything we needed.Gregory our host was easy to contact. Would stay here again.

Fayetteville cottage

Very clean house. Did a good job rehabbing an old cottage. Don’t know Fayetteville but did not seem to be in a good section of town. Walls thin with little insulation. Sounds of frequent trains and the heat pump turning on outside bedroom were noisy and made sleep difficult. Our neighborhood lost power for a while at 3:30am. House got cold quickly. No backup light sources in case of power outage. House was nice for what it was.

Quick Weekend Getaway

I needed a little two bedroom for my brother and I for a car trip this past weekend. Greg was awesome and super responsive. The home is CLEAN! The neighborhood was silent all weekend. It was so relaxing and needed.

Exactly as advertised

Our stay at this property was a one-night stay as it was very close to the I95 on our way to NY. This home was just perfect. It is very well kept and clean. The best part is that there are no surprises as the pictures are very clear on what to expect. The host is very responses and makes sure that you are fine at check in. I definitely recommend this rental.

PERFECT AGAIN

We were so comfortable the first stay, that we booked again on our way back through Fayetteville. Again, we were happy with every aspect of our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and provided us with a relaxing atmosphere. Communicating with the host is always easy. Thank you for hosting us again.
