The coastal feel of this 4 bedroom with a master bathroom and a second bathroom condominium, that sleeps 12, is the perfect fit for your next vacation to the Alabama Gulf Coast. Spacious tiled living area with leather queen sofa sleeper. A fully equipped kitchen with crisp white cabinets will make all of your cooking needs a breeze. The beach-themed master bedroom with a size bed and flat-screen television is the perfect place to lay your head after a full day of soaking in the sun. There's room for everyone with 4 King and 2 Sofa Queen and a beautiful view of the beach!
Very Important Info!: *This is a combination of units IWW-272 and IWW-273 rented together. There is a door that connects both units internally.*
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We had a nice stay here. We loved that it had an adjoining door between 2 condos since we had separate families staying. We were able to have privacy between the rooms. The beach view is amazing, and we loved the pool area. The boardwalk to get out to the beach was also very nice. However we did experience multiple issues during our stay. There was some unannounced concrete drilling right in front of both the condo doors, which smelled awful and set off our fire alarms inside. They later called before working again, we would have appreciated a heads up the first time. They also pressure washed the hallways and left standing water about 1 inch deep down our hallway up to our doors. We thought the water would subside but after 3 days it was still there, including the morning we left. They also took up everyone’s outside floor mat while waiting for the water to dry. We didn’t have a rug to step onto inside our condo, it was gross. Towel hooks would be nice in the second bedroom bathrooms. The night before we left there were two massive cockroaches coming out of our laundry room, we tried to get them but they ran into a giant hole in the wall in the laundry room. We go to Gulf Shores every year and we enjoyed our stay, but before we return to this condo we need to see some of these issues resolved.
