Our beautiful, spacious condo has everything you and your family/friends need!

4 miles to Lewes Beach, 5.4 miles to Rehoboth Beach, and 6.6 miles to the beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park with walking/biking trails and beach access.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath end unit with lots of natural light is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet community with plenty of free parking and a gated community pool steps away from the building!
**Pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day**

**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.


Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). Feel free to use our full size washer and dryer to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home.

*Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs. There are 3 TVs in the condo that are equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime for you to log into.

For beach days, guests will have access to beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels (please do not use bath towels on the beach).

For the stay at home and cook nights, guest will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, utensils, pots/pans, and an airfryer.

There is also a bike rack in the parking lot near the blue dumpsters for you to lock up your bike if you brought it. Please do not bring bikes into the condo.

Great location, reasonably priced, provided linen and beach towels. Beach chairs and cooler to enjoy the beach with. Pool was clean and quiet.Grandkids loved the bunk beds, always an extra treat.

Here's a polished review that keeps all of your points:We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was lovely and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including starter supplies, coffee, beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs. These extra touches made our vacation even more enjoyable.The pool was a great place to relax and cool off after a long, hot day at the beach. The location is excellent—just off Route 1, providing easy access to Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and the outlet shopping areas.The management company was accommodating, responsive, and communicated well throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again in the future.

Our vacation was great. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was there. Any questions we were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend this property. Close to everything.

Spacious and great location!

Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Easy to get to from the beach and boardwalk. Easy check-in procedure. Will definitely stay again!!

Spacious and Comfortable Rental with Some Minor Drawbacks

Positives The rental was a standout for its spaciousness, comfortably accommodating our group of 5 adults without feeling cramped. Several amenities made our stay convenient and pleasant. **Linens and Towels-Clean linens were provided, which eliminated the need to pack or purchase our own bedding and bath towels. **Toiletries-The bathroom was well-stocked with essential toiletries, a thoughtful touch that made our arrival more comfortable. **Check-In Process-The check-in was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to quickly settle into our vacation home. Areas for Improvement While overall we enjoyed our stay, there were a few areas that could use some attention: **Carpet Condition-The carpets showed signs of wear and could benefit from professional cleaning or replacement to improve the overall appearance of the space. **Bathroom Fixtures-The shower head in the master was leaky and the second bath squealed while using hot water- minor issue. **Wi-Fi Connectivity-This was our most significant challenge. We experienced frequent dropouts that disrupted our ability to use any streaming services. Additionally, accessing streaming platforms with our own user accounts, as advertised, required an inconvenient 5-digit PIN, which complicated our entertainment options. Overall Impression Despite a few drawbacks, we were satisfied with our stay. The rental's ability to comfortably house 5 adults while providing essential amenities made it a worthwhile choice.

Had a fabulous time!! The Condo was very clean, cute and well appointed. You had everything needed for a great vacation. It was close to shopping, restaurants and the beach, while being a little tucked away!It was truly a pleasure working with Rachel! Location was good, rooms were nice, if you are interested in being on the coastal road away directly from the beach but a short drive, can be traffic though during busy times. Condo was very good, a few things could have made it perfect as it states sleeps up to 10 people. One of the biggest issues is even with 3 people (only had 3) the hot water tank was hard pressed to provide hot water. The tank is electric and does not quickly reheat the water. If you have someone that takes long showers and you try to use the jacuzzi tub in the master you exhaust all the hot water, so plan accordingly. TV in the main living space is rather small for the room size so an upgrade their would be a big positive. Since the unit is on the second floor and the main living spaces are carpet free, I did get woken every morning around 6 am when the people above my unit on the 3rd floor walked around, it appears that unit also has no carpet to deaden the sounds.
