There are two units in the condo building. Condo #2 is on the far side. Please do not walk directly in front of the other Condo as it is a private residence. There are two dedicated parking spaces.

Please note:
- There are two condos per building (the other is a private residence)
- Occasionally the critters tip over the trash (please keep the trash inside until you check out)

Great place for a family weekend

This property is exactly as described and provided our family with a very nice weekend. The view of a golf course (not currently operational) and a nice lake were excellent. The furnishings are functional, the kitchen well outfitted, and the beds comfortable.distance to Tyler for restaurants or

Nice location!

Nice place...it has a "campy" feel to it. My Mother in Law stayed here for my daughters wedding. She is difficult to please, but was very comfortable here.

Beautiful view

This condo was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving. The place was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the lake is beautiful. Host responded quickly to my questions.

Weekend getaway.

Perfect family getaway for peace and quiet. Unit was clean, peaceful, nice location. Directions were a little off for our entry. Otherwise a 5 out of 5. I will definitely be bringing my family again.

Memorial Day weekend

House and property were clean and as advertised. The owner was very helpful and kind and quick to respond. We had a great time fishing caught several bass. We would return again.

Canton Shopping weekend

Arrived early evening to the property to find that the AC was not cooling. Contacted host and he had someone out the next morning. The night was Less than comfortable but Loved the property and will stay again!

Lake view

We enjoyed the view of the lake and it was very peaceful. Condo had everything we needed. Little problem with the TV’s as a storm that morning fried them. Owner responded quickly and sent maintenance over to see what happened. We were not there to watch tv, so not big problem for us.

Picture perfect!

This place was incredible! The view from the porch looked over a golf course and lake. The lawns and landscaping were spectacularly manicured, despite heavy rainfall this year. I could have sat on the porch forever because of the cool breeze and total lack of bugs. Amazing! Inside was a precious mix of mountain cabin and lake cabin. Everything was well built, including the furniture. The fireplace, jacuzzi tub, warm leather chair...I wish I had more time to stay. Everything said, "Relax, take it all in, and enjoy the peace." Mr. Reyes was also fantastic. I am not a Vrbo expert so I had a lot of questions. Each response was reasonably timed and patient. He was a delight. The best part was that we did not have to break down the bedsheets, take out the trash, etc. We were simply asked to return the key and leave by 11. Wonderful!What a wonderful stay! It was picture perfect with my family!

When we arrived, we turned onto what seemed like a golf cart path instead of a road.This was not easy to maneuver. The unit was located behind a golf course that was closed down and a small lake with homes.There are 2 bedrooms upstairs that did not reflect that in listing. Had I know that I would not have booked. Since we had a disabled person with us.This listing also showed a dock on the small lake, that looked accessible.Once I checked in with the host I received a message that stated we were not allowed on the golf course or the dock. The host did say we could follow his property down to the lake. None of the ladies brought their snakes boots to tread through 2 foot grass, On our 2nd night around 10 pm a very well lighted golf cart loaded with teenagers, and loud music come driving down the fairway on the closed course,leading to the unit. They were loud and the music was blasting.Our last night there an alarm on the outside of the home went off around 530am and didn’t go off until one of our resourceful ladies went around and turned it off.We called the host and he said Thankyou. The host was very kind and responded quickly when we reached out to him.
