Perfect house for a quick weekend for a family wedding! 3 nice bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms , fully equipped kitchen - everything we needed and a great price !

Host and house were fabulous. Rented to host a small social event. House was clean and spacious. Host was quick to respond when communicating. 10/10 would rent again!

The house was very nicely decorated, very roomy and the garage was perfect for us. The truck did not need to be unloaded for our overnight stay.

Lindale Bluebonnet trip

The home was very clean and well decorated. The host responded to questions very quick. This property is about 13 miles from Tyler, 27 miles from Canton.

Perfect Stopping Point on a Long Trip

Thank you for a wonderful one-night stay that helped us break up a long trip. Your home was well-appointed and warm and welcoming. We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived and the neighborhood chickens were a fun surprise the next morning when we got ready to leave. Thank you!

The hosts made it incredibly easy to locate the property and check in was a breeze. She offered dining recommendations and shopping recommendations. Check out was super easy as well. House was immaculate and even though we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were very bright and clean. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We're already talking about coming back next year and will definitely look to book here again.There is a question about a winery on the survey, but I think that is a mistake as there is no winery onsite, nor was it advertised.

My family and I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. I’m sharing this feedback constructively in hopes it helps improve future guests’ stays.Upon arrival, we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. The hand soap dispensers appeared to be filled with water rather than soap. The master bath shower curtain had visible mold, and the washing machine was not clean. The floors were not fully cleaned, especially around & under the beds. The ceiling fans were also very dusty and had visible spider webs; when turned on, dust would blow around the room.There were also a few maintenance issues: a broken dining room chair, broken/dented flooring (which was not the safest for toddlers roaming around) and a living room lamp that seemed unstable and close to falling over. The guest bathroom did not have an outlet, which was inconvenient and not noted. We did experience some discomfort on 2/3 mattresses as they seemed worn down, making 2 people roll into the center of the bed. Additionally, the guest room having an exterior door was unexpected and may be worth clarifying in the listing for safety and privacy awareness. Overall, the home has potential, but it would benefit from more thorough cleaning and attention to basic maintenance. I hope this feedback is helpful to the host in improving the experience for future guests.

I am so sorry our home was not cleaned well upon your arrival. We have discussed the cleaning issues you mentioned and have notified our cleaner of the extra cleaning needing to be done. This is not a common issue so I am unsure what happened before your stay. The floor is being fixed throughout and the shower curtain has been replaced. The soap is actually soap just clear and the natural. The washing machine gets washed daily. I am sorry again and I hope you can give us a second chance if you’re ever in the area again. Thank you!
