Are you looking for a vacation in paradise? Compare properties, you won't find more value than our semi-private beach, heated infinity pool, hot tub and 5-star accommodation. Few properties on the island have our complete package of amenities and central location.
You won't find any commercial venues (McDonalds, Subway, nightclubs) but you will find incredible natural attractions and cuisine that is caught fresh that day as you live the Bahamian lifestyle.
Once you arrive in Exuma, you are greeted by beautiful white sand beaches. The property is just minutes from the airport, and once you clear customs you are minutes from putting your toes in the sand, and soaking in breathtaking turquoise waters, or relaxing overlooking the ocean by the infinity pool.
The Exumas are a pristine group of islands surrounded by amazing aqua blue water, known for their beauty, fishing, and mild temperatures. The night sky, without city lights, is endless.
The property is family friendly and minutes from Georgetown, where you will find local shops. North of the resort is a Greg Norman golf course at the Sandals Resort.
Don't discount the value of having our full time on-site property manager to assist you with your vacation in a foreign country. Norm and Tina do an amazing job keeping the resort in top condition and our guests love them.
The local Bahamians are kind, courteous and respectful. The water is safe for drinking and the food and restaurants are excellent. We are happy to share the names of our preferred boating and fishing guides to make your vacation unforgettable.
Georgetown is about a 45 minute plane ride from Miami International and Ft. Lauderdale, 2 hours from Atlanta and 150 miles south of Nassau.

We visited once, and that's all it took. We spent a week on the island and purchased a villa with good friends and haven't looked back.
We are from Minneapolis and are anxious to go back every time we leave the island. Spectacular weather, friendly people, no franchise stores or shopping, just fabulous water and beautiful scenery.

The property is impeccably maintained and the layout is extremely well planned. Designed for seven owners, each with the desire to enjoy the Exuma lifestyle, yet live in 5 star accommodations. The property is maintained by a property manger and full time caretaker.
We are also a premier partner with VRBO/Home Away and both work hard to make your vacation problem free.

With a full time staff of care takers, this situation alleviates most problems with maintenance and assures our guests are taken care of during their stay. We know you will have a problem free vacation in our beautiful home.
The location is key to your stay! There are some amazing properties available on Little Exuma, but it is a LONG 45+ minute drive. Being five minutes from the airport, 10-minutes from Smitty's & Prime Island, and 15-minutes from Georgetown means that all of your shopping trips can be completed on your way to or from excursions. We are centrally located from Barraterre, where many boat trips leave from, and the southern end of the island if you want to visit Tropic of Cancer beach or Moriah Cay.
Don't assume other location have heated pools and hot tubs! It's easy to overlook when comparing properties, but the infinity pool overlooking the ocean adds to your hours of enjoyment and is a must if you are bringing your family.
