If you a planning a visit to North West North Carolina, look no further than this spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house. 3 King size beds and 2 Queen size beds to accommodate your party. The house features a fully stocked kitchen, large indoor and outdoor dining areas. A lovely screened in porch and one acre of land for you to enjoy. We have a brand new hot tub, fire pit, swing set and climbing frame for our younger guests. 2 separate living rooms with televisions and 2 primary suites that feature televisions.

Centrally located between Asheville and Hendersonville you will quickly access The Biltmore Estate, The Blue Ridge Parkway, fantastic restaurants, breweries, art galleries, hiking, and more!

We had a wonderful stay here. Cooler temps kept our vacation a little more indoors that originally planned, but we didn't mind, since this rental had all comforts of home! The hostess was quick to respond to any questions. The home is clean, well, equipped with all it's amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Girls trip

Absolutely stunning home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The beds were so comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and all of the outdoor space was lovely. I would highly recommend!

The house was perfect! Very clean, roomy, and beautifully decorated. Beautiful kitchen - fully stocked with very nice dishes, glassware, pots and pans…everything you have at home and could need. The screened-in porch was a bonus - it was large and comfy. Beds were very comfortable with luxurious linens. Host was very responsive and answered questions very quickly. We loved our stay here and would do it again. Highly recommend!

Stunning home with impressive design elements and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

I stayed at Sarah’s place with a group of my best friends and we could not stop gushing about how gorgeous each part of this home was. We soaked in the hot tub, worked out on the deck, cooked in the huge kitchen, and sipped coffee in the covered porch. It was a beautiful and relaxing weekend.

Awesome place for large group near Asheville

This property was great for me and our friend group to stay at for a long weekend in Asheville. Nice quiet street, plenty of space, and super close to all of the breweries/downtown area as well as close to awesome hiking trails and parks. The bean bags were also incredible lol! Sarah was a fantastic host to work with and the house was well kept, clean, and modern.

Wonderful House

We stayed here for a quick girls weekend and loved every minute that we stayed at the house. Extremely clean, comfortable beds and the most amazing screened in porch where we spent each morning and evening. The hot tub was a bonus. The house was more than fully stocked for everything we could have needed. Highly recommend!!

A few friends and I booked this home to attend the 39th annual Asheville Quilt Show. Proximity to the event was a factor in our choice. Great communication with our host, the house was immaculately clean and gorgeous ! Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub too ! Exceeded our expectations!

Gorgeous house for many couples!

This house was so spacious and well furnished for a group of 5 couples. I stayed in this house with my bridal party to get ready for my wedding, and the host went above and beyond to be welcoming and make the weekend special. Flexible, responsive, and a beautiful home that lives up to the photos (even better). Would absolutely stay again. Thank you for a great weekend!

Amazing

The house is lovely, comfortable and spacious. The screened patio is especially nice. There outdoor patio with hot tub gets afternoon shade and is great for dinner. We wish her were a bathroom in the basement but otherwise - exceptional! The owners were really good to work with; friendly and very helpful.

Perfect house

Super easy checking in & out. House is exactly as pictured. 5 bedrooms, all with either king or queen so no one gets stuck in a bunk bed. House is well appointed with kitchen items, games, towels & hangers & soaps/shampoos, even a rack of beach towels by the back door for the hot tub! House is easy parking, no steep inclines, not out in middle of nowhere, close to Asheville & Arden. We had the best time! Thank you!!!

Peaceful getaway

I stayed with a group of friends and family to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house is beautiful, clean, and has lots of spaces for gathering. We loved the screened porch. The neighborhood is residential, but the home still felt very private and quiet. Pretty easy drive into Asheville and close to Sierra Nevada Taproom. Sarah was responsive and check-in/out was seamless and professional! We even had a sweet welcome gift when we arrived. I was a bit unsure of renting a place with just one review, but I would recommend it to anyone!

Sarah was great at communicating, she even accommodated us checking in a little early! The house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our group for the weekend. They were thoughtful when stocking the house for rentals. We had children and were surprised they even had great toys available for play. We would definitely stay again!

This place was great! Very clean and nicely stocked with towels, dishes, pots & pans, and even some cooking essentials like aluminum foil and salt and pepper, among other things. It was perfect for 6 adults. The screened-in patio was a highlight. I noticed some extras for kids too, like children’s plastic plates and silverware, some toys and games, and a high chair. We weren’t traveling with kids but it’d be nice to have if you are. We had an issue with the AC not blowing cold, and the host had a repair guy immediately come out, and he fixed it. The hot tub was really nice, but I will mention that it would be a tight squeeze for 7 people, like all your knees would probably be touching. I also want to mention that there is no bathroom on the lowest level where two of the bedrooms are - that wasn’t clear to me before arriving. There are 1.5 bathrooms on the main level (plus in the en suite master bedroom) so it wasn’t an issue for us.Overall I would definitely visit again! The location is great, it’s down a residential street and an easy drive to Asheville. Plenty of nearby restaurants and a big new grocery store.

We chose this property because of the location and the warmth of the house. The moment my husband and I step foot in this house we knew we wanted to share it with he world. All of our friends and family that have visited have felt how special this house is. The soaring ceilings, the open space, the screened in porch, the deck and all of the bedrooms. This house is perfect for gatherings.

The location is so convenient to all that Northwest North Carolina has to offer. Short drives to Asheville or Hendersonville to all the fantastic restaurants, art galleries, breweries and more. The hiking in the blue ridge mountains is so beautiful.

We hope you love the house as much as we do and enjoy our time in it.
