The inside of the cabin was clean, cozy, and well‑equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were especially grateful that it was one of the few truly pet‑friendly cabins allowing up to four dogs — such a blessing.On our first night, the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made things a bit uncomfortable, but our wonderful host came by the next morning and made sure everything was up and running. Their responsiveness meant a lot.The only downsides were the spiders on the deck and fire ants near the fire pit, so the exterior could use a little refresh, but it didn’t take away from the kindness and attentiveness of our hosts. Saskia and Joffrey were amazing!

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay! Following up on your comment we had pest control out to check for fire ants. There are no invasive fire ants present around the fire pit area, only native ants that are part of our mountain forest ecosystem.

Fantastic. Even better than the pictures. The view is awesome. The only sounds are nature provided. The hosts are easy to communicate with, and it's very close to Ashville downtown.

It was a really nice experience. It was far enough from town that it felt private and peaceful. An extra added benefit was that it had well water and not municipal water, which provided us an additional benefit. The hosts were very responsive and flexible. I would definitely recommend to those who want a peaceful and secluded VRBO.

Biltmore getaway!

We loved staying here! Great location to biltmore and all the downtown shops. The house was cozy and quaint and gave our family the woodsy mountain vacation we were hoping for.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Check-in & out were very easy, the cabin was clean, & bed was comfy. If you are looking for a beautiful, roomy cabin in a serene, private, yet convenient location, THIS is the place! My husband suggested nicer living room furniture & a larger TV, (another in the primary suite would be nice) but this place will remain on our list to visit again!!!
The deck is outstanding!
View from every location is beautiful!
The Blue Ridge Parkway is close-by, easy to access, & is a MUST-SEE!

We loved our stay! It was so clean and welcoming. I love that they pay attention to recycling and use environmentally friendly products. It was in a good location and close to the activities we had planned. I would definitely recommend this house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful cabin, well appointed and cozy. We were only there to sleep but did notice some of the furniture was dated in the den. We needed a pack and play for our son and Saskia had it set up in the downstairs bedroom which was welcomed. I would rent this cabin again, especially for a spring or autumn stay as I imagine it would be more beautiful.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed a much needed family getaway between Christmas and New Years. The cabin was very cleanly and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was secluded but convenient to area attractions and restaurants!
