Roomy 2 bed 2 bath just minutes from the Wharf, and the beach!

Orange Beach Villas is a small quiet community. The villa is an open floor plan living room dining kitchen, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Kitchen is fully stocked, full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen tv with a full-size private bathroom w/ tub shower combination. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a 32" flat screen tv. The 2nd bathroom is across from the 2nd bedroom with a tub/ shower combo.
In the living room we have a leather couch that has 2 reclining positions and loveseat that also reclines both are electric. There is a 55" flat screen smart tv on wall. Roku on all TV's.

Great stay!

The property was great and close to go to the state park trailheads for our morning walks. Just a short drive to the restaurants in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. Our host was excellent to work with and remedy the only problem we had during our stay after the living room tv stopped working, had a new tv the next day! Highly recommend!

10/10 recommend the owner was very helpful and she also gave good communications too. The place was a 10/10 exactly what was described and everything. I 10 out of 10 recommend!!! I would 100% stay again!

We came for our wedding and enjoyed every thing about our stay! Everything was exactly how listed. Had 4 adults and plenty of room. Super quiet/clean complex. Really enjoyed our property and Teri is awesome!

Location

Our stay was amazing. The place was spacious and appropriate for our needs. The pictures online were exactly as in person. The location is close enough to the beaches without paying the beach price. Quiet, quant place to stay. Highly recommend.

First time at the beach

Very clean and inviting. Very peaceful and neighbors were nice. Had a very minor issue but our host was fast to reply. If we ever come back, definitely will book here again. Loved the style. Thanks for making this a memorable trip.

Awesome Property

Orange Beach Villas was the perfect place for us, located a mile and a half from the venue we were attending at the Warf. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by and only a short piece to the beach. The host Teri is the best, there was a little glitch when we originally booked on VRBO, but Teri worked with us and took care of it, Thank You Again Teri for being so understanding. The Villa had everything we needed and was immaculate. Very quite area and sitting on the Patio for morning coffee was very relaxing. It's just an awesome rental and if we ever plan to visit the area again we will absolutely book this property. Thank You Again Teri, Donna W

Nice Little Getaway

We came into town for a concert and this place was perfect for us. Close to the venue, close to the beach. Plenty of room and very very clean. The host was very nice, no problems with check in or check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect quiet clean spot close to the beach

We loved staying here and will return. Teri was great to work with and the property was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Super quiet and the other residents staying were great as well!!

Teri was very responsive and helpful with the few questions we had. Can ride bike /run 1/4 mile to major trail head of 28 miles of beautiful paved trail system. 1 mile to wharf. 3 miles to beach. House was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and well stocked. Didn’t need a thing!

Wharf concert

We were looking for a place where we could easily get to and from a concert as we wanted to be able to potentially walk. This place fit the bill! Teri was great to work with!

Anniversary getaway

We love to get away to Orange Beach at least yearly. We bring our fur baby and enjoy the Backcountry Trails at Orange Beach and Gulf State Park. This is a fantastic location - close to the trails and close to the beach. The Villas are quiet and private and close to everything. The back porch view of the pond is perfect for sitting and enjoying the evening. Nicely appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook our own fresh seafood dinners. We enjoyed our trip and look forward to next Spring in the Villas!

Great place!

We had a great stay here. It was centrally located to several nice restaurants, the Wharf, and the outlets in Foley. We were impressed by the water and ice from the refrigerator. We usually always have to purchase our own at other beach places we have stayed in. Nice quiet neighborhood. It is a bit of a drive to the beach, but not hard to do. Backs up to the Gulf State Park. We road our bikes from the house to the park one day. Nice ride.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed a week at this property and it provided everything thing we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything on the property worked as it should and we did not have any issues. The location was convenient and gave a sense of privacy. The pond with the water feature was relaxing and I enjoyed walking my dog on the pathway around it. The host was friendly and checked on us to make sure our stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
