Mindy place on mimosa drive is top notch! There is something for everyone. We had a smaller group than originally planned but it was just as fun! 10:10 would return, the views are spectacular!

The cabin is nicely laid out & the mountain views are beautiful. It is nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. The homeowner is quick to respond to any questions & addresses any issues quickly. She is very kind. The road to the cabin is all paved but it is very steep in a few places. Being a native Floridian, I would not drive that road in snow/ice conditions.

We had such a great stay at the Mimosa Sunrise—it was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the kids stayed busy with the game room while the adults enjoyed the theater room in the evenings. The hot tub and putting green were a big hit, and we loved having a fully stocked gourmet kitchen to cook meals together. The mountain views were absolutely beautiful, making the whole experience even more relaxing. It was comfortable, clean, and well set up for a large group—we’d definitely come back.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. Everything was as pictured online. The whole house was clean, and it was especially nice to have double appliances with a large group. Our beds were comfortable, the hot tub was very nice, and there was plenty of entertainment for all ages. Mindy responded immediately to any questions we had both before and during our stay.We loved seeing a mother bear and her two cubs! We would stay here again.

This property is ideal for getting several families together for a wonderful vacation! The kitchen amenities are outstanding, the parking accommodated 7 vehicles, and there are several indoor and outdoor gathering places. It was very convenient to the national park, shopping and entertainment. The mountain views from the decks are splendid, the ambianceof the cabin is relaxing, and it deserves 10 stars.

Mimosa Sunrise was the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in since we’ve been vacationing in the Smokies (which has been for over 40 years)! The cabin is immaculately clean, the listing photos are spot-on accurate, and you cannot get a better view of the mountains than what you get here. We had a group of 12, and the place is HUGE! There is so much to do for everyone, we all enjoyed the games, the theater, and we all ended each evening by sitting at the beautiful fire pit. This cabin is very well stocked, every thing you’d ever need for cooking is already at the cabin! We made a large prime rib dinner, and the bears outside must’ve smelled it, because we saw quite a few bears during our time here, one even outside the front door in the driveway! This cabin is worth the stay, our group had a wonderful time, and we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Cabin has a beautiful view. Very clean and well stocked. Great layout for multiple guests. Parking available for multiple cars. Loved the theatre room, fire pit, hot tub, rocking chairs and swings. So much to do within the house - don’t even have to leave the cabin if you don’t want.

We had an incredible stay and truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculate and beautifully maintained everything was. The views were absolutely breathtaking — even better than the pictures!The owners have thought of everything. The games, activities, and entertainment for the kids were perfection and kept them busy and having fun throughout our entire stay. The accommodations and amenities felt endless, and there was something for everyone to enjoy.The location was also perfect — convenient to everything we wanted to do while still giving us a beautiful, peaceful place to come back to and relax. We also got lucky and spotted a Bear with her 2 cubs. Adorable!!!This property exceeded our expectations in every way. You can tell so much thought and care has gone into making sure guests have an amazing experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone considering booking. We cannot wait to stay here again! Definitely a 5-star experience!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

What a gorgeous property! A huge open kitchen/great room, 3 master suites on the main floor, no steps into the entry, and plenty of parking made this the perfect getaway for our women’s cousin group. We also loved the expansive decks on two levels and the giant gas fireplace. The house was spotless, and Mindy was very responsive and a dream to work with. We fully intend to come back next year.

Beautiful Cabin!

Mimosa Sunrise Cabin was gorgeous. We had a group of 17, and had more than enough room. Kids and adults enjoyed the game room and the views from top deck! We seen a baby cub walking around at the back of property around Dusk. Perfect ending to a perfect vacation. Thanks for the memories ❤️

Great place with even better communication. We had three families that all agreed this more than exceeded all expectations with the listing and photos. Smokey Mtn Fmly Vacation

Mimosa Sunrise was absolutely gorgeous…interior, exterior and the surrounding setting. It had every amenity you could imagine for a wonderful family vacation. The movie theater, pool table and ping pong table were the biggest hits with our family. It was spacious yet cozy and very clean! Close to all the attractions but tucked away up in the mountains for the most beautiful scenery. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future. ❤️

Great cabin, location, and stay!

We had a great experience with everything related to this cabin. It was clean, well stocked, smelled great, everything in great shape, plenty of space, and amazing views. The hot tub was very spacious and on a deck with plenty of seating and porch swings. The porch swings were a great favorite! The fire pit area was great for roasting marshmallows and spending the evenings. The living room electric fireplace created a nice ambience and both game areas were very nice! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would book with this host again!
