Great location, charming house, fully stocked kitchen and quiet neighbors. There was plenty of room to spread out for a family or friends.

This was a great place to stay! Comfortable and convenient in a cute neighborhood and we really enjoyed the roof deck. Host was communicative and kind. Good value.Very small drawbacks: no first floor bathroom and temperature was much warmer on second floor than first floor. But these didn't impact our stay too much; we just adjusted the thermostat at bedtime.

The property was great overall. 2 adults and our teenage daughter spent over a week here and were very happy. Plenty of room inside and really enjoyed the 2 levels of outdoor space.

Great stay

Area was convenient for just about everything we needed. We were slightly concerned about parking, but there was plenty off street parking within a block the entire stay. Ben was great with communication, and we would definitely stay again.

Compact home with nice terrace

Enjoyed our stay. House was clean and perfect for family of 4/5. Walking distance from Aldi and petterson park. Nice compact home!

Great stay

House has a lot of character, clean and spacious. Rooftop deck was awesome to sit out on. Quiet, cute neighborhood. The whole process was easy checking in and out. Thanks for having us!

The townhouse was super cute and very clean. The washer and dryer were so convenient for us as we've been traveling for several weeks and have needed to do wash. The kitchen could have been a bit better stocked. There were only 4 forks, no measuring cups or cutting board but for most people that probably wouldn't be an issue. There were a lot of other great features about the kitchen. My kids loved the sphere shaped ice cubes! We noticed upon arrival that there was no hand towel in the primary en suite bathroom and Ben was quick to reply and had towels delivered from Walmart shortly after! The A/C worked great downstairs and there was a window unit in the room where the kids slept. The primary bedroom only had a fan which was fine for us but could be an issue for some people. Overall we really enjoyed the place and we even had a chance to chat with the neighbor who was very friendly! The neighborhood felt safe, I loved the lights in the trees that line the city streets and we didn't have too much trouble with parking. I would definitely recommend this home!

Cozy and Convenient Stay

The house was very clean, and the hosts were helpful and responsive. We had no problems finding parking; entertainment, parks, restaurants, and waterfront are all super close. The neighbors were friendly, which also made us feel welcomed. The 2-level deck wasn't as big as we thought it would be, but it is still a nice feature.

Everything about this this town home was amazing from the rooftop to parking. The host was always very helpful with all the annoying questions I had lol and very patient. I give this place 10 Stars ⭐️

Wonderful Stay at a Great Location

We had a wonderful time at Ben's property. It was at a perfect location for us being close to everything we wanted to visit, and a short walk or drive to Patterson Park and an Aldi grocery store which was great. We were a little worried about the parking situation, but like everyone else mentioned we definitely didn't need to be because we never had any issues and were able to park right out front of the house. Our favorite memories were definitely on July 4th because we were able to hang out on the rooftop deck and enjoy the fireworks from a 360 degree view! My kids also really enjoyed the chess set. They had so much fun playing it. Overall we had a wonderful stay thank you!

Ben you have a lovely home. Being there for a week began to feel like home. We made dinner for ourselves throughout the week, grocery shopped.. by the way, thank you for all of the local tips you shared with me. They were very helpful and thank you for responding quickly to assist me. Your home was clean with multiple appliances, extra linen, pillows and seating options. I love and appreciate all of the care you’ve put into your home to consider us guests. The bed was comfy and bathrooms beautiful and modern. The bonus of course is your outdoor swing and rooftop deck. I highly recommend your home for a short or long stay and I look forward to retuning. Oh and lastly your block is so quiet and quaint and beautifully designed with lights. That was a high”light” and I must say street parking wasn’t bad at all having stayed there for 6 nights and I’ve even returned multiple days quite late. Thanks again!

The photos of the property were old. Roof top deck was unusable and in bad shape. Parking is bad, we had to park two or three blocks from the property.
