We had a party of 18 people. 4 families all with 2-3 kids each. We all loved the house, the location and all the amenities. 6 person golf cart, bikes, beach wagon for your coolers/toys. House also include nice beach chairs and umbrellas. From the front door, your toes are in the sand in about two minutes. Very short easy walk. The back yard is amazing. Backyard has a TV, large couch and dinning room table, BBQ, mini fridge, cornhole, pool and spa, outdoor shower. The kids loved watching shows in the back yard. The house is top notch everything and it's beautiful. Nicest rental I have ever had. 4th floor patio/viewing deck was amazing. Laundry rooms on the 3rd floor and 1st floor. I would for sure come back to 30A and if my group is large enough, I would want to stay here again! One of our favorite trips ever and the house helped make that possible.

Great house

Overall fabulous stay. House spacious with great social areas and quiet retreats. Close to the beach. Really comfortable beds.

Family vacation

Good. Enjoyed!!..missing kids playroom and back door is not latching. Outdoor kitchen wash sink.

Awesome Experience

The pictures don't do this property justice. It was immaculate with rooms galore. The property has a WOW factor throughout. It was only 100 yards from the beach. A great view from the rooftop. The swimming pool was a huge benefit after being at the ocean. This property has it all. Golf cart was used for quick trips. Alys beach is close and restaurants were all close by. We also used the concierge service for a Chef's experience at the home. Also utilized their service for baby items. All services were top notch. The 360 HOSTS are the BEST I have ever encountered.

The house was fabulous, with plenty of areas to gather as well as to be alone. Comfortable beds and the ensuite for each bedroom was appreciate by all. The large, well furnished kitchen allowed us to prepare any meal, and an outdoor area was perfect for our family and the grandkids. We had six adults and six grandkids (all 7 and under) and they loved the pool and the spa, and rides to the local shops in the LSV. Beach access has to be planned, as the public areas are about a 5-10 minute walk, so the wagon provided was very handy for transporting not only our beach gear, but the kids as well. Parking is limited at Walton Dunes and not available off Sanroy Road, so be prepared to use the bikes or walk.The only downside was the wifi. It left the Peleton unuseable and some areas of the house we needed to use our mobile hotspots for laptops and tv. I would suggest a wifi booster on each floor to correct that problem. No issue with cell phones.The staff was very responsive to our needs and request. We had a little confusion over the spa, as I thought it was a hot tub, but it is not and would be the same temperature as the pool. Actually turned out to be the perfect area (kiddie pool) for our two year olds to play in the water with their parents with the jets off. The pool just the right size for play and relax for all ages. We spent more time at the pool than the beach.The view from the rooftop deck is enjoyable for early morning and sunset.
