Look no further...this lovely two bedroom, one and one-half (1 1/2) bath townhome is the perfect rental for all of your vacation needs. This townhome has been updated with new beautiful flooring and full master bath remodel. A fully equipped kitchen including ceramic tile, crown molding, ceiling fans, granite countertops, and attractive furnishings. To guarantee your comfort, the master bedroom is equipped with a chiropractic king-size mattress, Roku TV in Master Bedroom, cable TV on first floor. The second bedroom is bright and cheerful and is equipped with two twin beds. Additional comfort lies ahead on the patio chairs or at one of the two courtyard pools. Parents with small children are sure to love the children's pool alone. MUST BE 30 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT & PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

SuperHost!!!

Absolutely a beautiful home and so convenient to the beach. Only a 4 minute walk and also close to all the shops! The host was amazing and super fast to respond to any question. 100% recommend!

Meh. Dirty, but short walk to the beach

The condo is a short walk to the beach and has all the basic needs. However: The microwave door was tapped together at the bottom with packing tape. Still functioned. Fridge took a long time get cold. House was not cleaned well when we checked in. The floor was very dirty and the blankets and pillowcases smelled. We cleaned the floors and washed all the linens before we unpacked. When we arrived we had emailed the host at 3pm because we went to the wrong place. (Our error) Host responded at 9pm. By then, We figured out we put in the wrong address, arrived, and had re-cleaned the entire condo. Check out time is at 10. Be mindful, you’ll get charged a fee if you’re even a few minutes late! We were running a little late leaving as my daughter wasn’t feeling well. The young man cleaning arrived right at 10. We invited him in and he started upstairs while we finished loading the car. We left around 10:30 and got charged a $50 fee. We were also charged a fee for garbage disposal(?) but wife ran the disposal the night before and washed all remaining dishes right before we left and the water drained no issues. You’re mailed keys and a parking pass, and it is requested keys be sent back in a pre stamped envelope provided. This process would’ve been fine, BUT we did not receive a return mailing envelope in the packet to send the keys back. We are going to have to reach out to host about that. We stay in Hilton Head every year but it is unlikely we will return to this condo.

Great location!

We loved this beach condo! Super close to the beach and coligny, easy walk to each. Pool was great, beds were comfy! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location with Updated Bathroom

We stayed here a couple years ago and made a return trip again this year. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the bathroom upstairs had been renovated. It was a great visit again and we even got to use the pool this year. Would return.

Location location

Some what dated but kitchen has all you need. Table seats 6 comfortably. The bathroom new and excellent shower. Master bed very comfortable. Twin beds in second bedroom.this is a townhouse but stairs for us in 80s no problem

A month in paradise

The property was amazingly convenient and well appointed. We feel the price was very reasonable and that Rosanna was an incredibly responsive host. We would gladly stay there again, and suggest our friends and family is this condo when we visit in Hilton head.

Great location

Very easy check in with keys mailed to me. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. Out the back door to the pool. Older complex so electrical outlets are less numerous making charging multiple devices a bit tricky. Very well stocked kitchen. We’ll be back!

Great Stay Close to Beach and Coligny

The townhome was very comfortable and close to the beach. We loved that the complex was quiet and the parking spot was in front of the unit. The pool and area was clean and looked well maintained. The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, pots and pans. We will return.

Family Beach Vacation

Communication with owner was good. Location is great. Walk down side street, cross main street, and take boardwalk straight to beach. Distance to the pool was perfect. Townhome was clean. Floors nice and updated. Bathrooms (not pictured) were in good shape. Kitchen is overstocked with plates, cups, etc. WiFi and tv were a nice touch. Right near Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. Property has bike racks less than 50 yards from front door.

Great location

Great location. only 3-4 minutes walk to the beach, a few minutes car ride to the supermarket and variety of restaurants. Communication with Rosanna was excellent. She answered all of our questions promptly.

Great Location

Had a great time at Hilton Head. Short bike ride to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Communication with the owner was excellent (she was very responsive). Definitely will stay here again.

Basic property but perfect location

Perfectly situated a short walk from public beach access and to Coligny Plaza. Complex’s pool is also a great size and includes a baby pool for little kids. The condo doesn’t have many frills and many of the fixtures are a little dated. Little things like outlets being too loose to keep things plugged in, shower is showing its age, etc. Excellent communication with the owner before and during the trip. If you’re prioritizing location over luxury, you’ll do fine.

Great Getaway

The condo was very nice, however it could use some updates. Also the sheets did not appear to have been changed, I could very well be wrong. Overall pleasant stay, met great people at the property, would go again.

Perfect location and property!

This condo and property is a great place to stay for a visit to HHI! The unit is located in the back corner of the complex. Kitchen, living room and half bath downstairs; 2 bedrooms upstairs- one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds - and a full bath in the hall. We stayed here with our 2 college-aged kids who shared the twin bedroom. I liked that the full bath wasn’t in the master bedroom so whoever wanted to shower didn’t have to cut through our room for access. The living room has a sliding glass door that opens out to a little patio area that connects to a larger courtyard area that leads to the pool. The patio isn’t completely enclosed but there are thick sections of honeysuckle between the patios on either side that offer privacy. We had coffee out there every morning. The pool area is just a short walk through the courtyard. There’s a lot of space and loungers, plus a pretty good sized kiddie pool (our kids would have loved that when they were little!) We didn’t cook much in the kitchen except to make toast and coffee in the morning, but it looked well- stocked with all kinds of cookware and utensils. The side street (Daellyon) has a trolley stop but it’s a less than 10 minute walk down to Coligny Square and we did that a lot. Even a shorter walk to the beach - just across the street and down a little boardwalk. There was a place to rent chairs and umbrellas. There are a few little beach things available in the condo - a beach umbrella, some sand toys, boogie boards, one beach chair. The chair was the only thing we used since we brought our own equipment. Overall this is a super location! It probably could use a little updating (like new carpet in the living room) but it was clean and very comfortable. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had ahead of our visit. The arrival and departure was very easy. Would highly recommend it!
