Welcome to Phoenix East II 2154, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 15th floor, offering 1,064 sq. ft. of beautifully appointed coastal comfort. With room to sleep up to 8 guests, this Gulf-front retreat is perfect for families or friends looking for the ideal Orange Beach getaway.

Step inside and enjoy the bright, inviting interior designed with relaxation in mind. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals when you're not enjoying the area's many restaurants. The spacious living area opens to a private balcony showcasing spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass—the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset unwinding.

The primary bedroom features private balcony access and incredible Gulf views. The guest bedroom is en-suite, offering additional comfort and privacy. Extra conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable.

You'll also appreciate the peace and ease that come with staying in a low-density, 72-unit building—no long elevator waits and effortless access to the beach and pool.

As a guest of Phoenix East II, you'll enjoy outstanding resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, racquetball court, grilling area, gated entry, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar-white sands.

Whether you're seeking adventure or pure relaxation, Phoenix East II 2154 provides the perfect home base for your Orange Beach vacation.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Loved the decor. Great location right on the beach with a gorgeous view. Very comfortable king size bed in the master and cozy recliners in the LR by the fireplace. Kitchen was well appointed. Beautiful pool area. Host provided clear and thorough information prior to check in. Really enjoyed our stay.

The view with the high top balcony furniture is the best ever. Unobstructed 180 degree views. Best balcony view / furniture ever. Very clean and cozy unit. Bed was super comfortable! Superb stay!!

Good location, good views

Loved the balcony view of the pass, boating, parasailing. Will definitely choose this location next year. Not overly crowded.

Great stay

Travelled with my mom and daughter for me to attend a conference at the resort next door. The location was perfect, and view from the condo was amazing. Condo was clean and had everything that we needed!
