This spacious 3 BR, 2 BA open concept home located in Echo Lake State Park sits in the heart of North Conway. You can relax by the big stone fireplace or enjoy the game room downstairs. You will be surrounded by Cathedral Ledge and Echo Lake and are close to the many ski resorts with Cranmore and Attitash only a few minutes away. You can shop till you drop since downtown is only minutes away! North Conway is truly magical with no shortage of hiking trails and nature's beauty.
There is parking for up to 5 vehicles. For the security of our guests and property there is an outdoor security camera facing the driveway.

We had a wonderful stay at this North Conway home. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities while still feeling peaceful and private. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

Amazing experience! Dawn is the perfect host. The home was very clean and had everything that you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is minutes from the North Conway village for shopping, dining and activities. It is also surrounded by nature for hiking, swimming and outdoor enjoyment. Perfect home for families. We enjoyed the house. We only needed to use the first and second floor, but the basement was roomy if a family needed that space. We would stay again.

We were hiking on Tuesday and wanted to get an early start. We found this property and it was clean, spacey and comfortable. A little more then what we wanted to spend but it was worth it.

Great place to stay and great hosts. There was no binder full of check out instructions and it was simple. Take out the trash and put your towels in the tub. No cleaning, no bringing the trash to dump or any of that nonsense. Perfect!

We used to rent out a ski condo, so I was especially impressed with how well this property was staged. They had contingencies for anything that could have popped up. Super fun family place close to everything.

We had a great time in this house! Spent the week and had all we needed. The air hockey and pac man were a hit for the teens and adults. We had everything to cook meals on some nights instead of eating out the entire time. Beds were very comfortable! House is very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Dawn for the great accommodations!

This was great for our girls trip to the White Mtns. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was stocked and little things like ziplock bags - when you need one and dont have one! - it was a plus! The rooms were big enough for us to all spread out and the kitchen table was a great central hang out spot for our meals and playing cards. And EVERYTHING we wanted to do was about 5 mins or less away from the house. Except for White Mtns, but that we knew already and expected to drive a little!Would recommend to others who want a great small town vibe with beautiful day trips in close proximity. Thanks!

Nice place, very easy check in, super close to downtown North Conway and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Great place if traveling with pets, nice neighborhood to walk our dogs. I would definitely recommend this place to all. Dawn was a great host.

This cozy, clean home had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was so well stocked, beds were comfy and cozy, so many puzzles and games, nice big table and Dawn answered all of our questions along the way! And it even had a beautiful Christmas tree! We loved that we could walk to Echo lake and drive to downtown N Conway in 5 min! We would love to rent again as this is one of our favorite areas in NH!

House was a great size for 2 families. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for a Thanksgiving meal. Property was very clean. Love that we didn’t need to bring towels, linens! Checkout was a breeze!

I have been spending time in the Mount Washington Valley my entire life and thoroughly enjoy sharing my home with others so they can experience this truly magical area!

This home is in a residential neighborhood which is perfect for walking and very dog friendly. There are lots of hiking trails nearby and Cathedral Ledge is visible from the back of the house. Echo Lake Beach is just down the street as well. For the skiers, there are several ski resorts just minutes from here. Cranmore Mountain 3 mi, Attitash 6 mi and a short drive to Black 12 mi, 20 mi, Bretton Woods 28 mi, Loon 40 mi, 58 mi. Storyland is nearby 8 mi, and there is the Living Shores Aquarium that has recently opened next door.
