Brand new Washer and Dryer and laundry supplies free.Theplace is the perfect all in one vacation spot on offroad trails with lake and golf course as well as hiking cross country ski trails small town charm and home cooking just a short 3 mile ride.The villa has miles of Atv walking cross-country skiing, snowmobile, and snowshoe trails and fishing dock complete with poles and tackle. Summer activities include outdoor pool, a nine-hole golf course, tennis court, mountain biking on both natural and paved trails, hiking trails, and Boating and fishing are available on Hill Lake. Stroll along the water's edge, go berry picking, or view the many different species of birds in the area. This area is a vacationer's dream. This lovely resort is a place where families return again and again. Guests will experience the unmistakable peace and solitude of "Minnesota's North Woods", as well as numerous attractions nearby. Visit Forest Historical Center, the Judy Garland Museum, Grand Rapids and Aitkin shopping, antique shops,. There is something to capture everyone's interest. The space was very clean and perfect for our group. The host’s communication was great and he was helpful in figuring out where to park the multiple vehicles we had. Overall great experience!

Everything was excellent! Came up to surprise the grandparents and it was the perfect place to fit us all! We did have 4 vehicles and every night we had somebody park in one of the assigned spots but other then that it was a great place!!

Hi Ryleigh from now on I am requesting pictures of guest parking when they arrive. And pictures of parking spots that guests are assigned and they cant use because they are occupied. Parking can ruin a perfect stay. Thank you so much for your patience.

The condo was nice and clean. We replaced some kitchen sponges. Doyle was great at communication and very helpful with parking. We had a large group and we enjoyed the games, plentiful coffee and comfortable beds. My daughter found the robotic vacuum cleaner stuck under a credenza and it provided some laughs with it's antics! All in all, a good, comfortable time!

The host is an excellent communicator and was responsive to all questions asked! Rooms were clean and kitchen was stocked with all necessary cookware for short stays. There's a pool on Quadna property that was clean and not overly chlorinated (2' dropping to 6') and great for kids! The unit is located at the end of Quadna Road along the golf course so traffic is minimal and views of the course are great! A washer and dryer were available however we didn't utilize them. The property is a little dated, but in good working condition.

Brenda and I stayed here for our wedding get away since our wedding was on Hill Lake at my parents cabin. Cant express enough how well Doyle was in making us feel lake we were at home. Great place to stay , communication with the property was definitely a five star treatment. Cant thank Doyle enoigh of how great our stay was unbelievable a must stay for everyone who hasn't been to Quanda the beautiful sights looking out on your deck at night and taking in Millions of stars viewing over the Golf course gave me piece and serenity. Want to Thank him one again for how wonderful stay was and will be back for sure to stay for our anniversary. God bless you Doyle.

If you’re debating between a hotel and this property, don’t. This place was hands-down the better choice. It was spotless, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home after long days of work.The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Communication was excellent, check-in was seamless, and every detail made our stay easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that’s this clean, welcoming, and well cared for.Our crew couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’ll absolutely book here again whenever we’re working in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay with an outstanding host.

Great place to stay! Close to lake, pool, and right on golf course. Close proximity to Hill City and Grand Rapids, a plus as well.

Great stay

Great for families. Had all basic necessities, laundry was a huge plus. Plenty of hot water for showers. Only downside was no parking for trailers.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely time. It was green and simple. We loved the golf course - affordable and fun! Wish there was easier access to the pool and nice beach and rentals.
