Your Beautiful Savannah House: Picturesque Inside and Out! Walk to Everything
If you've been dreaming of that perfect Savannah brick town house in the middle of the world famous Historic District with private outdoor space and beautiful furnishings.... look no further! "Pierpont House" has it all.
Your group will be able to walk to all the downtown Savannah, Georgia tourist destinations from this home. This 3 story historic house has 4 spacious bedrooms each with a King size bed. The main floor has a living room, powder room, kitchen and dining room leading to a perfect walled private courtyard with ample seating for your group to relax. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom, the 3rd floor has the third and fourth bedrooms and another full bathroom.
This home was originally built and owned in 1856 by James Pierpont who is famous for writing "Jingle Bells".
This is a 3 story historic townhouse (no elevator) so please be aware this is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.
Parking is free on the street and no decal/permit is required in this area. Sorry but pets are not allowed at this home and smoking of any type is not permitted.
What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Lovely spacious house in a great location. Good communication and easy check-in. Very clean house with comfortable beds, and plenty of towels for guests. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Perfect and safe location for walking all of historic Savannah! Spacious, clean home with comfortable beds/spacious bedrooms. Kitchen was enough for our two meals cooked in. Host was very helpful!

Great stay and close to everything!
We had a wonderful stay! Loved the outdoor space and the decor. The best part was being so close to everything we did that we could walk everywhere! Felt like a safe and beautiful area as well.

I’ve been to Savannah multiple times, and this was by far my favorite stay! The house is incredible and location and proximity to Forsyth and downtown is unbeatable. Our entire group was so pleased and impressed by the home’s charming blend of historic personality and modern conveniences. Thanks so much, again!

Downtown Savannah Stay
My family and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and historic home. Clean, well preserved yet updated with modern conveniences; very comfortable and great location in downtown Savannah. Walking distance from major attractions, parks and restaurants.

The house was perfect for 8 women. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms were a nice size. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice area to sit outside. Great location. Would recommend this property and stay there again.

Excellent Property
We stayed here with extended family for daughter's graduation. The property was excellent. Spacious, clean, quiet, and conveniently located. We would stay there again.

Great House for SCAD Family Weekend
The house was beautiful and perfect for our group visiting for SCAD parent weekend. Close to Forsyth, great restaurants, and wonderful shops. The beds were really comfortable too! We will definitely stay here again!
