We spent three nights at this lovely property and we felt very at home here. The kitchen had all new appliances and was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a great meal. The host is very responsive to messages and is very helpful. There is some street noise, but we didn't have a problem sleeping because of it. Ear plugs and eye masks are provided in case you forget yours. The bed was also very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful place

We had the best experience staying here! The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed and more! Owners were super friendly, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again someday! Thank you!

Seattle Fun

The property was as described. Check-in process was so easy! Enjoyed the convenience of the location and the places was great overall. There was a little issue with the shower door that the owner notified of before the stay and it didn’t cause an issue. Will definitely stay again when visiting family in the area!

Great location in Ballard for enjoying the Seattle Area. Right on the main bus lines, groceries nearby and walkable distance to downtown Ballard and many places to eat.

Lovely condo in the city

This was a lovely spot for a quick visit in Seattle. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and the bed amazingly comfortable. The only downside is the busy street on which it’s located. BUT, the noise cancelling machine was very helpful. Nice attention to detail! The street noise might not bother other city folk. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful, fully appointed townhouse

The townhouse is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has a great location with easy walks to Ballard Market, grocery, wine shop, and pastry shop. Excellent communication with the owner. Everything was as described in the listing. The parking space in the garage (although tight) was a bonus. We will stay there again.

Great Stay

Everything about this property was as pictured. The host communicated everything very well. Only negative I have is the message I received the day of check in stating that we were not allow to change the AC based on it was controlled by the bottom unit. I feel if you listed the unit had AC then the guest should have access to use this. Me and my parent like to have it cold when we sleep and it was not a comfortable temperature at all. Other than this it was an amazing stay and felt very inviting.

Very clean, with responsive hosts.

Walking inside was a pleasant surprise. I really appreciate cleanliness when we stay out of town. Quick responses from hosts. We did have some issues regulating temperature of the home. I run warm, and not being able to control the temp in the air, caused some frustration. In the end, we are still happy with our stay. Would stay again.

Picture Perfect!!

The condo is very clean and cozy with a very welcoming and homey feel. We loved everything about our stay, especially the roof top deck with patio seating which allowed us to enjoy the skyline and landscapes in the distance. The location is perfect for visiting the Seattle area and Pike Place Market-just a short drive away. The location is on a busy street which is noisy, particularly at night, but the host provides sleeping aides (ear plugs and eye masks) to make for a peaceful nights rest. We appreciated having a parking garage with designated parking even though the neighborhood felt very safe. Thank you again for allowing us to use your beautiful home!!!

Very nice apt in Ballard

Lovely two story condo (three if you count the roof deck) on main thoroughfare in Ballard. Right on Rapid Ride D line if you need to catch bus. Well stocked and everything worked. 5 stars.

Beautiful townhouse

Very nicely kept townhouse with an outdoor patio. A little difficult to park so be sure to get a compact car of you are renting. Howevery have a garage to park in was nice! Exactly as listed

Home base in Ballard

We have family in Ballard. This unit is perfect for my husband and I when we fly out to visit. It is on the bus line to downtown , is within easy walking distance of the neighborhood of Ballard and has several restaurants we like to pop into: The Fat Hen (brunch) and Un Bien ( lunch! ).

Clean and cute

Place was lovely. There is some road noise but we were so tired that it wasn’t a problem. Having a parking spot in the garage was great but make sure you get a compact car because it was a tight fit.

Clean and great location

Home is very clean and welcoming, and had everything we needed. This is located on a busy street, so you can hear the traffic, but it wasn’t a huge deal for us.

This is a very conveniently located comfortable property. The owners were very responsive, despite being out of town. The condo is clean and sunny. I would stay here again.

Townhome in Ballard

Overall, Olga and Olessia's Townhome was outstanding. The house was very clean and they have stocked anything a renter could want. All appliances and fixtures were "top of the line". The home was extremely comfortable and very well decorated. While it was to cold to spend a lot of time on the rooftop deck. the views were excellent. In addition, having the secure underground parking a bonus. The one minor issue is the noise from the busy street where the unit is located. if you are used to some traffic noise, you will have no issues. If you are expecting a very quiet unit, it may be a problem. We had a great experience and would stay there again.

Good spot in Ballard

The hosts were great and this is a great location. It is right near a major road way so if you're a lite a sleeper it might not be the best spot for you. It is right near public transport so that was a great benefit for us. If you don't have a compact car you will need to park in the street but thankfully there is great parking nearby in a safe neighborhood.

Fantastic!!

The condo was clean, organized, and stocked with all the amenities we could have possibly needed for our stay in Ballard. It is spacious and luxurious. We were so comfortable! The location was also very convenient to a bus line connecting straight to downtown Ballard and downtown Seattle. The hosts were very easy to work with, checked in on us, and made the check in/ out process very smooth. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Wonderful home

Wonderful place. Comfortable and well stocked. Had question for owner and she got back to me immediately even though she was out of country. Took my daughter to visit UW and location was good. Great restaurants around. If she chooses to go to school there I’ll use this home again. Thank you.

Thanks for a great 4 day weekend. This comfortable and cozy townhouse had everything we needed for a great stay. The views from the rooftop deck are magnificent. The owners attention to detail was very apparent making us feel like we were in a home away from home. The property and garage are well secured. The location is super great - less than 10 minutes from downtown Ballard where there are many great eateries and 15 minutes from Seattle waterfront and its surrounding areas. Amazing weekend!
