Loved the clarity of all the stickers explaining contents of cabinets, and functions of equipment. Felt secure and was close enough (1.9 miles) to our daughter’s house to walk each morning.

This was a very pleasant find in Ballard. The apartment had lots of conveniences including a sofa, dining table, small kitchen, desk, closet area tucked off the main living space, and a lovely garden that had both sun and shade. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, excellent communication.Had all the amenities.Only complaint really was when we got there the back door was wide open. Also our check in was 1200 instead of 1100 and our checkout was 1200 according to the land owner but the cleaner showed up at 1110 stating checkout is 1100. We did tell her and she was fine as we were getting to leave but would have been awkward if we were not ready.

This place was wonderful!!! Easy to get around by foot or driving...bars and restaurants nearby. The place was the most stocked vrbo, they thought of everything!!! The fireplace was nice to take the chill off during those rainy Seattle evenings. I can't sat enough good things about this place. 5 stars!!!

Great stay

This is the second time we stayed here and both times the place has been clean with everything we need and great location. Great communication with Mario and would stay again. Thanks for hosting us.

Great spot in Ballard neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Mario was a great host and the property is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bed is super comfy!

Stayed here with my significant other and we had a great time. Our plane was delayed, but the self check in process was easy and flexible. The place itself was great— clean, spacious, and had a great little patio out back. Location is walking distance to lots of great restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Would stay here again!

Mario's Place in Old Ballard

Nice and clean, well maintained, easy to contact owner, very comfortable in a perfect location. Nice enclosed back yard area to enjoy. The off street parking was great!
