We loved our stay here! The location was perfect for our London visit. Within a short walking distance to major tourist attractions, cool pubs and other sites. The flat was clean and comfortable. Our host was easy to communicate with and offered great insights on transportation, food and general information, which we greatly appreciated as first time visitors to London. Would highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting London.

Our stay at Marc's flat was all that we could ask for. It's the perfect location. It's within walking distance of many attractions, including Buckingham Palace, the London Eye and Westminster Abbey, in addition to nearby pubs, an artisan bakery, and a connivence store right around the corner.The flat had everything we needed, it was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The elevator was a real benefit.And lastly, our host Marc was the most responsive and accommodating host we have ever had. We would definitely come back.

The apartment was perfectly clean. Kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. Location is walking distance to many of London’s main attractions. Tube station just steps away. Marc responded promptly to our questions. We asked his opinion on travel options and he responded with lengthy and detailed facts and opinions.

What’s fabulous place to stay. It is roomy, clean and situated near everything. The tube station is a couple of doors down. That made getting around London much easier. The best part was Marc the host. Very responsive to messages and very accommodating with requests. We would thoroughly recommend Marcs place to stay

Great location, very clean apartment with lots of room for a 3 night stay or longer. The washer/dryer was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. There was some noise from the street but very quiet during the night while sleeping.

The property was in an excellent location. It was large, clean and quiet. While there is no air conditioning the host has thoughtfully provided fans. The host was responsive and helpful.

What's not to like?An incredibly central location near Buckingham Palace, and St. James's Park subway stop just 30 steps away. The apartment is spotless and fresh. All the amenities you could want are in the kitchen. Restaurants, pubs, convenience stores all within easy walking distance. And for Americans who love American-style coffee, a classic drip coffee maker! The guest bed was incredibly comfortable. Our host Marc was very helpful and communicative.This apartment is an absolute gem.

Everything about this suite is top notch. It was such a wonderful experience staying here. It feels like home. Marc has supplied every amenity one might need (even electrical adapters for the colonials ). The location is superb. We were able to walk to most of the sites we aimed to visit. The St. James Station is next door and Cardinal Walk is not far away. There are many fine pubs, restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. The suite is bright, modern, clean and well maintained. If you want to see the main attractions with the utmost in comfort at a reasonable price, this is the place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything and ideal for exploring the city. The place itself was immaculately clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.The host Marc was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all of our questions promptly and making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in two hours early so we could drop off our luggage and start exploring London right away. He also gave us instructions travel options to travel from the airport to the apartment with maps which was great. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting—would definitely stay here again!

The 3 L's: Location, Location, Location. Marc's place was terrific. The flat has everything you need. Including electrical adaptors!!! It's clean and nicely decorated.The location us convenient to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the Thames and several tube stations. We walked out and realized Westminster Abbey was a few blocks away. Lots of places to eat nearby.Marc is an amazing host. He was readily available for questions and guidance.This is the perfect place for touring London!!

We couldn't have asked for a better host. From the moment we booked communication was excellent, friendly and helpful. Marc went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He clearly cares that his guests have the best experience that they can.

We had an amazing time at our stay at Marc’s place. The location is perfect for those that want to have a centrally located starting point. The tube is right around the corner as well as a Buckingham Palace and Westminster. Walking to some of our top spots and/or taking the tube from the St. James park location made travel so easy. It also includes a lift, which is a huge bonus. Marc’s place was very clean, well maintained and a perfect setup to meet a travelers needs. He also was fully stocked including coffee. For those that need a few basic items there is a convenience store right downstairs, a wonderful bakery around the corner and quaint pub right across the street. Marc was so helpful and provided all the details needed to assist us with our stay and travels throughout the city. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here. We came to London so I could run the London Marathon. This apartment is absolutely perfect and beautiful. It is extremely close to The Mall and Buckingham Palace where the finish line is for the marathon which is why I chose this one to begin with but what I didn’t realize until we got there was how close it truly was. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. Also very very close to the tubes entrance which made sightseeing a breeze. Marc is an incredible host. His communication with me was great. Very friendly and easy to contact when we needed him. I highly recommend that you stay here. He will take great care of you. 10/10 would come back to stay here.

What a wonderful flat! We enjoyed our week there so much. The host was amazing and responsive,.His detailed instructions made everything so simple.The best part was the flat and the location. It is literally in the center of everything. Getting anywherewas so easy. The flat was neat and tidy and very well equipped…including with umbrellas and converters! You should book it soon because we are recommending it to all of our friends!

We loved everything about our stay in this apartment. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. You can walk to almost all of the main attractions and the tube station is around the corner if you need to go farther. St. James Park is beautiful and is about a 5 minute walk. You can actually hear the changing of the guard from the kitchen window. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance and a great pub across the street. Marc was a great host and answered any message I sent within minutes. Hopefully we’ll make it back someday and would recommend it to any of my friends planning a trip to London.
