The condo and owner were both excellent! My only complaint was that the building itself was undergoing maintenance- one of the two VITAL elevators were down, a few amenities were closed, and we visited during an owners weekend which resulted in the pool being closed our first night. HOWEVER, the kind staff and friendly community more than made up for these issues.

Overall nice place to stay. Around 120 to park 2 vehicles for the stay, which I felt was a bit pricey. So keep that in mind when booking, that would be an additional fee. The complex had an AC outtage while I was there, this was completely out of the control of the owners and they did everything they could to support us during the outtage. It had minimal impact on the trip as we were at the beach most of the time. Kitchen, Beds, and Bathrooms were nice and clean. A few of the dishes needed some spot cleaning, but nothing major. Pretty limited resources otherwise, couple rolls of TP, one roll of papertowels and a few dish tablets. I brought extras as this was discussed prior to the trip so there were no surprises. The Room had a great view of the beach and an even better view of the sunset. A beatiful wrap around balcony with chairs to sit on. The main bathroom had a nice walk in shower, and good hot water to soak in. We cooked a couple meals in and ate out the rest of the nights. Nice big, good quality TV's and pretty quiet. They have quiet hours starting at 10pm, so it shuts down pretty good about that time. Overall a really nice stay.

This place was absolutely beautiful even aside from normal wear and tear on a couple things but nothing that really mattered. The view as soon as you walk into the living room with the full glass windows was just beautiful... and of course the view from both balconies was great. The location is just close enough to shopping and food places but also far enough away that it was peaceful at night. The only complaints we had was 1) the elevator. It just so happened there was only one elevator that worked the entire time we were there that went to our floor, and then we actually got stuck on it with the doors open on the 12th floor and had to take the stairs luckily we didn't have any luggage...but that's not something this owner can control it happens..and looking at the previous reviews it seems to be a common problem. Also the air worked great in the livingroom and kitchen but the three bedrooms we all got super hot thru the night but my daughter who slept in the living room froze to death...we could barely feel any air coming out ...we literally almost bought a box fan to maybe help but we just dealt with it. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

Panama City Beach

The condo was nice and clean, and the balcony was wonderful. The only issue we had was with the low seating in the living room, and this would not be an issue for most people.

Family Vacation

We could not have stayed in a better condo! It had everything we needed and was beautiful! The wrap around balcony was awesome! Our hosts were especially helpful and responded quickly to our questions and needs! We highly recommend them for your home away from home!!

BEST ROOM EVER!

This was our 6th year at PCB and this was by far our favorite condo! We had absolutely no complaints on anything and Cort the owner was great! We had the best week here making memories!

Beautiful!!

This beachfront condo is beautiful and just as advertised. Everything was relaxing and enjoyable from the easy checkin through checkout. We watched dolphins, sea turtles, sunsets and storms from the spacious wrap around balcony. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay and relax for our vacation.

Excellent stay

We were so impressed with this unit. Newly renovated and stocked above and beyond. Including laundry baskets, drying rack, cooler, etc. Bathrooms were very spacious and the showers were clean. We had a great stay and would definitely rent again!

Awesome view, great property

Our family really enjoyed staying here. We usually stay just down the way but chose this property and loved it. Never felt like it was overcrowded or to many people. Great relaxing location. Views from the condo are amazing, the oversized patio was fantastic with plenty of seating. The property manager Cort was so helpful and kind. Always attentive and eager to make sure our stay was the best. Would definitely book again.

Valentine’s week

This unit was spectacular. Everything looked like it had just been remodeled and a great job was done on all of it. Plenty of space in all of the rooms and this corner unit has a huge wraparound balcony. One of the nicer condos we have stayed at.

Spectacular View

This condo was VERY nice. It was obviously recently updated. The balcony is HUGE and allows for a view of sunrise and sunset! The owner was quick to respond with any concerns and just a kind person who is easy to work with. He paid attention to details so that we had everything we needed! It was quiet and comfortable. Beautiful beach of course!!!

Watercrest 2025

We have been staying at the Watercrest for 5 years. We never have an issue with our condos . Always comfortable. The only issue we have is the elevators. At least this year 1 was down and the others were working. I had heard that it was not due to the facility but an idiot Guest. Overall great time. We will definitely be back to celebrate Independence Day with them again!

Great Stay!!

Our family of 7 greatly enjoyed this property! It’s far enough away from PCB that the beach/stores aren’t crowded but, a short drive to get downtown. The property had ample space for all of us to sleep. We LOVED the wrap around balcony & spent many evenings watching the waves. Our one complaint was the fridge did not have condiments/ basic kitchen ingredients like we’ve experienced before with other properties. But, easy fix and we had no other complaints about the lodging. Beautiful property, beautiful view! Thank you for hosting our family!

Beware before you go!

Our family has stayed at Watercrest for 7+ years, sometimes several times during the year as well as the week when we have four different condos. This is the first year in this particular unit. We were on the 15th floor and another of groups were on the 17th. Elevators were horrible this, ranging from having no elevators available for hours to having one of the elevators that only go as high as the 6th floor. Then for more than 6 hours ALL FOUR elevators were down at least once. Part of m family came for a week in April and the west end 1-6 elevator was broken then and still broken this week! Unacceptable!!! When you are in your 70s or have a disability or a combination of both, I see Watercrest leaving themselves open for litigation. And we won’t even talk about the Americans With Disabilities Act!! When you’re afraid of going to the beach or pool because you can’t make the stair climb to the 15th or higher floor again just isn’t in your abilities, you feel like you’ve lost a huge chunk of your vacation. And when you’ve paid over $5,200 for your week, I for one feel a refund of some kind is due us. Also I did text the manager of the property we rented. Twice. And he never answered either one. Very well equipped kitchen but linens for the baths were in need of replacing as well as having a few more. Only 2 towels and 2 washcloths for the master. Very comfortable and spacious kitchen, dining and living area. The balcony was my favorite thing about the stay.

Sandra and her family were great guest. We were in touch with multiple guest at the property and tried to ensure good communication in relation to the issues. During her stay the building took on a lightening strike and the elevator power bank was damaged. We had the company on property for multiple days solving the issue and ordering parts to repair the damages. It was a chaotic week for sure. The West elevator that services the 1st thru 6th floors had a part that could not be replaced due to Covid shortages. It has been replaced and the elevator is working. At Watercrest we have two elevators that service floors 1-18 and two that service floors 1-6 We take great pride in our condos and strive to ensure high quality towels and linens in each unit.

The condo was nice. Very easy communication with host. I was disappointed in the 3rd room. The room is very small and I thought there was a twin bed but no it’s a trundle. Also the biggest problem was the elevators. They are awful. One was down the entire stay and the other one went down twice while I was there. Once on our check out. We had to carry our bags down from 15 floor to 6 floor to get on another elevator with my 80 year old mom. TERRIBLE

This was the most spacious and clean condo that we have stayed in. We have been coming to PCB 2/3 times a year for almost 16 years and this is by far our favorite layout! The crowd wasn’t rowdy and the area was quiet! The balcony is the best part!

Spring break stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was truly breathtaking. The property is a bit older but the unit was clean and we didn’t have any problems.

Perfect condo with amazing sunset views

My family enjoyed staying in this unit. The unit is newly renovated and it was so comfy with a fully stocked kitchen. The balcony was spacious and we enjoyed every minute! The sunset views were absolutely beautiful! The manager was so great to work with and we look forward to our next stay

Our favorite trip yet!!

The view speaks for itself! My husband and I made last minute (literally 1 week prior) changes to our vacation and happened to luck upon this amazing condo! Cort, the property manager, welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. He made sure everything was perfect! The condo was entirely too much for just 2 people but we are so glad we chose it! We are already talking about bringing the family with us on our next trip! The condo was stocked with everything we could have needed and exceeded our expectations! I could go on and on but I promise...if you choose this condo you absolutley will NOT regret it! We can't wait to come stay again!
