My family and I enjoyed our stay in Arvada. Brandon our host was great! He responded quickly to all my questions. The house was the perfect size and location for all our needs. The rooms were clean and there was a playground walking distance from our house. I would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting this area.

We had a perfect extended family stay at the beautiful property. Everything was perfect and the location is quiet and in a great neighborhood. The owners were tremendous with support and we will return! 10/10!

We were in CO for our son’s wedding. This home was the perfect place to stay! We had plenty of room for all of our people and the deck was the perfect place to relax after our busy days. Brandon was a great host and we appreciated all of his help!

Long weekend for a wedding

The home is wonderful. Very comfortable with plenty of room. Great view off the back deck. Great location. We'd book again!

Excellent property and amenities. The location fit our needs perfectly. The property was close enough to Golden that we were able to host a tailgate breakfast for 12 and still get to the football game in time for the kickoff. We had plenty of room 3 couples to play games and eat meals together. Property owner was very easy to work with. We will definitely consider this property for future stays.

Excellent home

The property is in a nice neighborhood and has a good view from many rooms including the deck. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was clean & fresh. The playground was close within walking distance and the pool was a quick drive

Great time for graduation.

We had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s property. We gathered as an extended family to attend graduation, and there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The two grandchildren, ages 18 months and 4 years old had a great time watching the wild bunnies outside and listening to the frogs at night from a pond nearby. We also enjoyed the playground a block away. Everything was well supplied and clean at the home, and we would love to visit again someday.

Relaxing family getaway

This house was perfect for our family, which included a 2 year old and an 8 month old. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space if they needed it. The kitchen was well appointed. Brandon was phenomenal with his communication. There’s a very nice playground just down the street and the house is located in a nice residential area. We saw an elk cow on the hill behind the house one day, and lots of birds and bunnies from the deck. We would absolutely recommend this house for a large (we were 6 adults and 2 children) group.

Brandon was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. He gave me the check in info and I was able to get in just fine. However, I wanted to unload my vehicle through the garage and the door locked behind me. I had no code to get in. I had to wait 45 min for him to arrive on a very hot day. Once he arrived, he also could not get in. After about another hour, he got in and reset the code for that door. There should have been a better way to have dealt with this since he was also unable to get in. He was extremely nice about it and I did appreciate him working on it. The house is lovely, but not cleaned well. The refrigerator/freezer has no ice or ice machine so you have to wait for the portable countertop ice maker to make ice, which takes quite awhile to make a very small batch. I also had to wash this out completely as it was mildewed. The trash containers in the garage were completely full from previous guests. It stunk the entire week that I was there (I had to remove the trash to curb 2 days before checking out) and the space allowed me for one bag. The lint trap of the dryer was completely full. The master shower wasn't clean. The window in the master bath has no covering, which can be unsettling at night. I was only able to use the MBR TV as the others were locked from previous guests and he could not get them working. That TVs remote is completely chewed up by a dog. For the price I paid, it was a disappointment.
