A beautifully renovated, family-friendly home located just 2 miles from the famous London Bridge and within walking distance to downtown.

The spectacular backyard oasis welcomes you to enjoy fun-filled evenings together! Featuring a pool, hot tub, and a fire pit, you will not want to miss this gem!

Plenty of open plan living to host up to 16 guests in 5 gorgeous & stylishly designed and spacious bedrooms or enjoy an exciting evening in the new gaming and movie area.

The space
This vacationer's dream offers 2,900 sq ft of living space on a 9,600 sq ft lot!

Enjoy the pool and hot tub, lounge in the sun, experience breathtaking lake and mountain views, plan a cook-out, get cozy by the fire pit with a glass of wine, or take a walk downtown for some delicious dining options. The possibilities are endless!

Please note: Our guests are welcome to use the pool and spa during QUIET HOURS, provided occupants can maintain quiet conversation, turn music to low, and avoid loud activities. We are able to offer this to our guests if everyone reviews and follows 'House Rules'. Please make sure you understand all information included in Quiet Hours, 'House Rules', code enforcement & violations prior to your arrival. We are always available to answer any questions.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to try your favorite recipes during your stay! All stainless-steel appliances are complimented by a Keurig, a coffee maker, and a Crock-Pot
(Oil and some spices provided as available).

Free Wi-Fi is offered, as well as a washer & dryer, all linens, and bath & pool towels. We also like to provide a starter supply of shampoo/conditioner, and laundry detergent, which allows our guests to travel just a little lighter and will compliment your stay nicely.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy a self-check-in via Smart Lock. Additional information will be provided via email on the morning of guest arrival.

We are unable to guarantee an earlier check-in time prior to the evening before guest arrival. Please inquire and management will make a note, however all earlier check-in requests, as well as late check-out requests, are subject to approval based on housekeeping staff scheduling, maintenance, and back-to-back guest arriving/departing on the same day.

All guests are required to review the house rules posted on this site, in a "Welcome Correspondence" and/or in the self-check-in email. Guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival as well.

If you are interested in heating the pool and spa, please reach out to management. There is an additional optional fee for heat as follows:
Pool @ $150 per day
Spa @ $ 50 per day

TUB, AND EXTERIOR AMENITIES IS ALLOWED AFTER 10:00 P.M. HOWEVER, MUSIC MUST BE TURNED OFF AND THERE SHOULD BE ONLY QUIET CONVERSATION DURING THESE HOURS. PLEASE TAKE EXTREME CARE IN NOT DISTURBING OUR NEIGHBORS. VIOLATING THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A CODE ENFORCEMENT FINE OF $1,000. THIS WILL BE THE GUEST RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY IN FULL. IN THE EVENT THE GUEST IS UNREACHABLE AND A REPRESENTATIVE MUST BE SENT TO THE PROPERTY REGARDING NOISE, IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND MAY OCCUR.
