Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy some quality downtime near many major attractions and beautiful Lake Havasu. Open living space with fully equipped kitchen, Netflix, comfortable beds, a beautiful saltwater pool/spa, firepit, and built-in grill for an amazing outdoor living space. Peekaboo view of the lake from the backyard.

We are always making improvements to make your stay the best ever. Hope to see you soon. Be our guest and let us provide you serenity!
The space
Open floorplan with split bedroom for some quiet time for the parents. 2 bedrooms off the main living room provide ample space for guests and kids. Bunk beds in bedroom 3 with room for 4 if needed. TV's in the den and every bedroom with Netflix access included through a Roku setup. Master bedroom has jacuzzi tub.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all you will likely need and extras are available in the bathrooms for those little things you may have forgotten.
Guest access
You will have access to the full home. Relax and enjoy your private space and soak up the lake life vibes!
Other things to note
There is a security camera for the front door entry and side alleys, but your privacy is fully maintained in all living spaces and certainly the pool space. We want you to feel safe at all times!

We had such a great time staying at John and Tina's house. The house had everything we could ever need. It was comfortable, well taken care of and the backyard pool was everyone's favorite part of our trip. We can't wait to come back again.

This house was great! The pool, hot tub area was where we spent most of our time. The outdoor grill area was a wonderful component that we didn't know we needed. The hosts were also amazing. Very responsive with their communications and super welcoming.

We had a wonderful time at this property, everything was very clean and well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kind of gadget you could need. The outdoor area was private and there were plenty of different sitting areas. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. All of the rooms were wonderfully furnished and decorated. The house is on a quiet side street away from any noise but close to anything you could need.

Oasis at Lake Havasu

This house is fabulous! Met all our needs. Contacting John and Tina was easy and they were very quick to respond. Pool area was truly an OASIS and all the little extras made you feel very welcome. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful house and excellent pool area.

The house was great everything worked properly and clear instructions were given on how to operate all systems within the house and the outdoor area. Also impressed with the clearness of the house. The pool area was awesome my two young boys really enjoyed their stay. We would definitely recommend this to our friends.

Absolutely Perfect

What a great experience. The was not only perfect for our needs but the home owners had thought of everything we could need to help us feel comfortable and convenienced. I would not only stay here again, I would recommend this home to anyone staying in Havasu.

One of the very best!

I have rented many homes for vacations and this home places in the top 3! It’s everything it’s advertised and pictured to be! The most equipped home I have ever rented. The owners were top notch and communication was great! The beds were so comfortable and perfect amount of space for 6 of us. We will be back!!!

Mann-Fam reunion

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful time. The pool area is excellent for hanging out. We did not want for anything, the house has everything you could possibly need. Tina and John were excellent communicators. The next time we are in Lake Havasu, we would definitely book with them again.

Perfect house, great space to entertain outdoors

Communication with John and Tina was easy. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained They have everything you need to start enjoying your vacation. Welcome tray was a nice touch and made us feel welcome.Our only complaint (which was explained by phone with Tina) was there is an additional fee to heat the spa and pool and we were not aware of the fee until after booking. That being said, the outdoor space was amazing. Pool, spa, firepit, grill and lots of seating. Perfect space to enjoy the outdoors.The four adults renting the house would stay here again.
