The space
Two bedroom two bath unit with amazing views of the gulf. This unit on the 19th floor west side has a spacious kitchen, well furnished living room.
Master bedroom has king sized bed.
Second bedroom has queen sized bed.
Living room has a sofa bed.

Primary renter must be over 25 years of age

The building is located on the beach and very close so that the gulf is just a few steps from the elevator. Amenities offered include:

PARKING:

We want to ensure all of our guests have a great start to their beach vacation by making sure they Pre-Register at the Tidewater resort ahead of arrival. Guests who don't will often lead to long lines at the desk during check-in times.

The goal for all of our guests is to have all arm bands programmed and parking passes made ahead of arrival for a pleasant seamless check-in process. Guests who
register within 24 hours of arrival will be charged an extra $10 for registration so its important to register early.

Amenity Passes/Parking passes: Pre-Registration is guests who register MORE THAN 24 hours in advance. This fee is currently $35 + tax. Late Registration is considered to be guests who register 24 hours or LESS in advance of arrival, or upon arrival. This fee is currently $45 + tax.

There is paid parking for 2 vehicles. Parking spaces aren't dedicated. The parking garage is located across the street from the building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a skybridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Vacasa desk located on the ground floor. This is where you can pick up your two parking passes. You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to on-site amenities. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses, or other oversize vehicles are not allowed on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at the renter’s expense.

Watercraft, trailers, golf carts, mopeds, campers, motor homes, buses, or other oversized vehicles are not allowed parked on-premises.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
