We enjoyed this property, location and amenities! Great views, good parking, and fast elevators. We would definitely stay here again. Master bedroom mattress was too firm for my liking but my husband liked it. Holly GJuly 2026

More beautiful than pictures can begin to describe perfect view no overcrowded, beach, good weather, peaceful, quiet, & spacious. Clean and comfortable.

The condo was perfect!!! the view was so amazing! Very clean….modern and beautifully decorated! It’s an end unit…which is very nice!The balcony is huge and could use maybe one more sitting area. The only downside is that I paid double regular price due to holiday. But that is expected. We enjoyed this condo!!!

enjoyed stay

very clean, had everything we needed, they called after we settled in to make sure everything was ok..convenient location to all resturants etc.. place was very secure. which we didn't have to worry about our car. our second time at Twin Palms ... would certainly rent there again for our next vacation..loved the beach,

Great get-away

Our 4th year in PCB; 3rd year booking with bookthatcondo.com. It saves us money on fees and the satisfaction of having an office for personal service in PCB is great. They are always prompt with answers to any questions and checking and out is simple. We know they are there to help if problems arise. We love attending their occasional fun night where they provide food and a fun game of bingo. PCB is so nice with a laid back attitude for us retirees. So many places to dine and shop and easy drives to wherever we want to go. We can walk to many places and always feel safe. Their crosswalks are appreciated and everyone is nice and polite.

Perfect location! Right on the beach. The unit was VERY cute and had a washer/dryer and iron/board. The kitchen has cookware if you want to cook. Everything was very nice! I loved that it was close to Walmart and other restaurants, as well.

Wonderful sanctuary

Who would've thought there existed a peaceful sanctuary only two hour plane ride from the hustle and bustle of Washington DC. Sound of the aqua ocean breeze calms you from your morning coffee to dinner wine… a few steps to the white beach tickles your toes every step to your own beach chairs at the front row seats. Great eats all around, love love love the modern decor of the home away from home. We are definitely coming back!!

Twin Palms 505

Nice pool area. Condo was nice. Dryer was not working. Maintainance came to "fix" dryer, but it still didn't work properly. Overall was a good stay except for the dryer.

Supplies

There were a few items we could have used for the kitchen. But we made it work. The view and location was the reason we chose this one. We spent most of our time when at the condo on the balcony. I would recommend it to our friends.

Great get-away

Their crosswalks are appreciated and everyone is nice and polite. We spend a month and would like to have more time there. Once we are home we miss the sugar sand and the sound of the ocean. The view was amazing along with the huge balcony. You really cant beat that part since thats why we all visit, right? A couple things, the tile in both showers is crumbling and looks like its been doing it for a while. The flooring throughout is warped and there are huge spaces between the seams, the cheap stuff isn't made for this humid environment.The king bed is hard as a rock, some prefer that some dont but thought Id shart its extra firm. Everything else on this property was great. We really did have a nice vacation and met some amazing people during our stay, both guests and employees! I would stay again, i just think its time for some new tile and flooring in the unit.

Fall Break ‘24

Twin Palms 505 gave us a great week! The only reason I gave the check-in progress a 4 was because the gate codes provided did not work as the resort itself had not changed to the new code, and we had to get it from other guests. Sue from BTC was so responsive with questions /issues we had, and Cole from BTC fixed the balcony lock in a heartbeat. Great job! Our adult children said the queen beds were not super comfortable, but we were good with the king bed. Guest bedroom could also use a blackout curtain as that is the sunrise window. We loved being able to walk a few steps and be on the beach. While the place was generally clean, there could be some touch ups for loose shower tiles and more detailed cleaning along the baseboards - esp in the bathrooms, and our socks were black after walking on all the floors right after we got there. Would be nice to have a new dining room table as the chairs are not comfortable, and you can practically injure yourself on the heavy metal legs of the table and chairs. It's pretty though! We loved the location as the only condo on the end with only one other between our door and the elevators. I would stay here again if we make it back this way!
