Fantastic condo about 1 block from the beach (and just a few steps to the pool which was my kids favorite)! Well-equipped kitchen and lots of thoughtful extras like pool noodles and beach chairs making a very comfortable stay. Nice balcony, easy parking. No complaints, would come back again in a heartbeat :)

Property is exactly as pictured - beautifully decorated and clean! Everything you might need is available and in great working condition. Perfect location to walk to the beach, restaurants etc. You can hear quite a bit of outdoor noise at night, but it was nothing that kept us awake. It is clear this property is well taken care of. Would stay again!

Great family trip

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and everything about it made it feel like home. The beds were very comfortable and the living room area was cozy.

Great stay

The place was so clean and convenient. It was just a short walk to the beach and there are many dining choices nearby. I would stay again without hesitation.

The condo was great! It was very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. We loved that the beach was so close and that there were so many things within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Three Night Stay

If you’re looking for an amazing location, this is it! For two couples it was great to each have an en suite bathroom. Great common area and amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic rental!

This rental was clean, is in a great location, and even better than advertised. The owner and property manager were fantastic and very prompt with any communication! Will definitely look to book again for our next visit to OC.

Loved it!

The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach. The pool was nice and warm and super convenient as well. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great place/location

The place was nice and had appropriate accessories (pots pans utensils). Great location, walking distance to several nice restaraunts junk fodd, etc. Owner immediately rsponded to communications.

Excellent stay in OC

We had a great stay at the Tiffany by the Sea. Condo was perfect for our family of six, 2 adults and kids aged 14, 13, 12, and 9. Place was very clean. Management was very easy to get in touch with and quick to answer questions/provide assistance. Location is perfect. We parked the car and walked everywhere!

This property was clean, modern, and close to the beach and several stores and restaurants. We wouldn’t have had to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to. I would definitely stay again. The only minor downfall was having carry things up all the steps and being right along the coastal highway which was noisy at night considering we are from the country. However, the listing stated there was no elevator so we knew that when booking. If you want a place that is within close walking distance to the beach, with a pool, and a little cheaper than oceanfront, I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

Our family had a great stay at this property. The condo was clean and beautifully updated. The location was great with easy beach access and many options for food, drinks, and activities. The unit had four (4) beach chairs for use which was convenient. Anne was responsiveness when he had a couple questions during our stay.

Beautiful Condo with plenty of Space

We really enjoyed our stay. Very convienent location. Condo was very clean and had all the necessities. Host was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and community pool was a plus. We will definitely stay here again.

Feels like home

A beautiful, clean condo with all the comforts of home. The walk to the beach was close and included a few sunrise walks as well! The condo complex has a small but cute pool for your enjoyment and just a short drive to the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants within a close walk...And there’s a lot more to AlleyOops then what it looks like on the outside ( I thought it was just a bowling alley with bowling alley food)
