Stylish with a beautiful view

Stylishly renovated and updated condo. Two bedrooms two baths. Amenities include two TV's a 49 inch flat screen in the master bedroom the other is a 60 inch flat screen in the living area, dvd player, hair dryer in each bathroom, wifi access is available. Rental includes use of the on property swimming pool and one covered parking spot and the elevator. We have the best of both worlds we have a beautiful view of the bay side so you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set, however we are located on beach side and are a two minute walk to the beach. This unit is non smoking. RENTERS NEED TO BE 23 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. STARTING MAY 22, 2020 OUR MINI WEEKS WILL BE FRIDAY TO MONDAY OR Monday TO Friday. OUR WEEKLY RENTALS WILL BE FRIDAY to FRIDAY OR MONDAY to MONDAY. Check in is 3:00 pm. Checkout is 10:00 am.

Another great stay!!

We have stayed here several times, and it is always great. The place is very clean, and the property manager is very helpful. Check in is a breeze and this is a nice location too. We will defiantly be staying here again!!

Great Weekend Getaway

Clean condo, with every amenity that you could want. Convenient location within walking distance of multiple bars/restaurants, as well as the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Another Great stay!!

This is a great condo and well maintained. We have stayed here for our yearly vacation now several years in a row. Love the covered parking, keeps your car cool and dry. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay

My sister and I and our kids enjoyed a long weekend here and the condo was a perfect fit. It was clean and well maintained, walking distance to restaurants and stores, and just a quick walk to the beach. Communication with the host, Bill, was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We had another amazing trip. The condo is great. The location is close to many places to eat and have fun. The beach is a block away. Always a great time when we stay!!! Easy to get a hold of owner as well.

Enjoyed my stay. Close to the beach and I love the north end which is so much quieter than staying by the boardwalk. Owner was responsive and proactive in making sure we had a nice stay.

Love it here!

This was our second year using this condo and it is just absolutely perfect! Theres plenty of space, short walk to the beach and other places and the view is beautiful, especially at sunset. The condo was spotless and Bill is a great host! Definately recommend staying here!

Great condo at a great location

We stayed here for a long weekend during a travel baseball tournament. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us during our stay to ensure everything was to our liking. The Condo itself is located in a great spot and two buildings away from the beach…very close. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway in Ocean City, MD

Perfect Getaway House!

This is the perfect getaway condo. It is at a great location with beautiful views, right on the beach. Wonderful host who responds quickly with any issues/questions. The condo was super clean and met all of our needs. Will definitely be back!
