Stylish with a beautiful view

Stylishly renovated and updated condo. Two bedrooms two baths. Amenities include two TV's a 49 inch flat screen in the master bedroom the other is a 60 inch flat screen in the living area, dvd player, hair dryer in each bathroom, wifi access is available. Rental includes use of the on property swimming pool and one covered parking spot and the elevator. We have the best of both worlds we have a beautiful view of the bay side so you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set, however we are located on beach side and are a two minute walk to the beach. This unit is non smoking. RENTERS NEED TO BE 23 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. STARTING MAY 22, 2020 OUR MINI WEEKS WILL BE FRIDAY TO MONDAY OR Monday TO Friday. OUR WEEKLY RENTALS WILL BE FRIDAY to FRIDAY OR MONDAY to MONDAY. Check in is 3:00 pm. Checkout is 10:00 am.

We absolutely love this property! Bill is a great host! Answers all our questions and meets all our requests and does a courtesy check in at check in to make sure everything is going well and if we need anything. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here in the future. It has everything we need and then some!

Condo was great, everything was as expected. It was well stocked, clean and organized. One glitch we had was that one time when we returned to the condo the lock did not work. But the host responded immediately and fixed it remotely! The host was so responsive, we felt very supported. We had an amazing time!

We rented this place due to flooding at our regular place. Bill was quick to respond, checked my credentials and confirmed. The condo was perfect. The view was great to watch the cruisers. The beach is easily accessible. Beautiful sunsets! I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

Another great stay!!

We have stayed here several times, and it is always great. The place is very clean, and the property manager is very helpful. Check in is a breeze and this is a nice location too. We will defiantly be staying here again!!

Wonderful!

We stayed here for a long weekend, and everything was as described! The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the views of the sunset were astonishing. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

We have stayed here for 4 years and absolutely love it! Beautiful condo with great views of the bay. Plenty of room for all of us. Bill is a great host, always gives a courtesy check in and is very attentive. We look forward to many more vacations there!

Another Great stay!!

This is a great condo and well maintained. We have stayed here for our yearly vacation now several years in a row. Love the covered parking, keeps your car cool and dry. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay

My sister and I and our kids enjoyed a long weekend here and the condo was a perfect fit. It was clean and well maintained, walking distance to restaurants and stores, and just a quick walk to the beach. Communication with the host, Bill, was great! I would definitely stay here again.
