However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the kitchen pans and dishes. Cleanliness and the quality of our kitchenware are of utmost importance to us, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations in this regard. We will address this promptly with our housekeeping team to ensure that all utensils are thoroughly cleaned and in excellent condition for our guests. Your feedback regarding the need for larger pans for cooking is also valuable to us. We will certainly look into upgrading our kitchen supplies to better accommodate our guests' cooking needs.
