Great place for a long weekend stay in Durango. Very close to downtown. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We loved the record player! The sauna and hot tub were really nice after long days of hiking. Perfect spot for our family of 4.

Walk from parking to door is further than expected, especially being an amputee. Also people do not pick up their dog poop, so that’s the first thing that greets you as you walk to the unit.

Thank you for the 5-star rating and the helpful feedback! We're sorry the walk from parking was longer than expected. We'll make sure our listing describes it more clearly, and if you stay with us again, reach out before booking and we'll help you find a unit with more straightforward access. We've also let the HOA know about the dog waste so they can address it with residents. We'd love to host you again soon!

Vacation with the grandsons

Our two night stay was wonderful. The location was great…just a few minutes from downtown, but quiet and peaceful. The unit was super clean, well-appointed, and featured great amenities. We enjoyed everything from the Aveda products provided in the bathrooms, to the comfy beds, to the amazing video collection. It was perfect for our needs (and wants)!

Quick 4th of July jaunt

We had the opportunity to use the space as a jumping off point for taking in the beauty of the region. We weren't at the property a ton, but when we were it was a great space for meals, movie watching, a morning cup of coffee, and generally just enjoying time with family.
