Everything was exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable. Great view of the train. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked well-stocked. We had a Tahoe 4x4 and it fit in the garage. I think 2 vehicles would be a tight fit. It's only 4 miles from Durango, so we went downtown a lot. The managing company was very responsive. I would 10/10 recommend this townhome and will plan to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhome was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We felt like we were at home there--cooking meals, watching TV as a family and relaxing. The location is easy access to downtown Durango and on the way up to Purgatory for skiing. Watching the steam train pass by was a lot of fun.

Loved this rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 10/10 We loved this property for our vacation. The unit is extremely clean, very comfortable and well stocked. The back porch has a beautiful view. The train goes right by the back porch couple times a day. It’s delight to stand and wave to all the passengers. We enjoyed everything about this rental and would recommend to anyone. There are stairs, so if you can’t do stairs well, I wouldn’t recommend.
