2026 Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a blast on vacation this summer! Our rental house was in the perfect location! It was an easy walk to the beach and convenient to Boulineau’s for ice cream. This house is spacious and accommodated our multi-generational family. I was especially impressed with the customer service of Carolina Resorts Realty!

It was mostly clean. Closets needed some help. Pool was green for 2 days. A lady finally came out and cleaned but we could not swim due to all the chemicals she had to add. 3 beds were broken and had to be replaced. The banisters were dangerously loose on the upper porches. Outside Trash cans were full of beer bottles and cans when we got there. But, it was a perfect location and agency was very helpful.

Cherry Grove Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall house was nice. The main complaint is how dirty the house was. I was actually very shocked. Bathrooms were dirty. Beds upstairs had sand under the sheets. Bathrooms were nasty. In the upstairs bathroom to the left, there was poop on the toilet and on the wall. So Saturday after we unloaded out vehicles we spent the evening cleaning and washing. Had to hang the things outside to dry because the dryer didn't work. The pool was dirty and had not been vacuumed. They did come Thursday to clean it. I would stay here again but only if the cleaning was much better. Very disappointed in that.

Absolutely Amazing

This property is everything you would expect it to be! It’s beautiful inside and out and is very accommodating with the dishwasher, washer and dryer, and so many more suppliances! The pool was such a good entertainment spot as well with so much seating and space. We loved this property!

It has many things in bad condition the pool in poor condition the outside lights do not work the pool light is damaged and when you call the office they only tell you we will call you in a moment and they never return the call

Open spaced getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very relaxing trip. The house was big and spacious. Room for everyone! The kitchen was amazing.. the gas stove was super fast. We cooked most everyday here and enjoyed it every single time. There is also a pellet smoker we cooked off of the entire time. Nice pool! And we absolutely loved the balcony from the master bedroom. We would wake up and go directly out and sit for hours. And finish our night out there as well. Great stay! Highly recommended. My only con is that we had to do a little bit of cleaning when we got there. Fridge still had stuff in it. Had to sweep and wipe counters off... but our overall stay made up for that. It wasn’t a problem at all.

Ruined Spring Break

We booked this property for the outside amenities (pool, grill, seating) and when we arrived the pool was broken and everything was locked up. We communicated with the realtor several times that week and they never told us this. Inside there were dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty towels left in bathrooms. So instead of relaxing our first day we spent it cleaning. I spent over $100 on a tiny grill for cooking and dealt with upset children over not having a pool all week. My father can't physically make it to the beach and was looking forward to a pool as well. It took the realtor 6 days to even come up with some sort of answer for us. Not happy with the realtor or the owner of this property. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement.

Labor Day Family weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths good. Furnishings need replaced, stools at bar, chairs at table dirty, wobbly, unsafe to sit in. Rug in den very dirty with spots, stains. Outside area, had trash and other debris under carport and pool area, dog bowls, floats. Had to have maintenance come by to clean outside area, they did very little, pool maintenance came cleaned pool on Thursday, had bad storm Saturday, requested pool to be cleaned Sunday morning , so could swim since leaving Monday am, pool lady came Sunday near dark. Kids used net to get at least leaves out of pool. Several blinds are broken. Restaurants were fantastic
