PERFECT LOCATION, 2nd row home with beach access across the street!

Home was fully renovated in 2021!!!! Home has top of the line kitchen, dining, great room/family room with open concept design. Dining table seats 8 comfortably and 4 can eat at large kitchen island. Front porch has wonderful views of ocean and enough seating for whole family to sit outside and enjoy! Beach access is directly across the street from the property for easy beach days spent enjoying the waves and salty air. Community pool is directly behind home for quick, easy access to swim. Home has lots of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the summer breeze. There is also a nice outdoor shower to enjoy after your day on the beach. Outdoor gas grill, seating area with TV, and dining table located under the home.

Brand new kitchen complete with cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances. New flooring, new windows, new woodwork, new shiplap....there is no surface that has not been touched in this home.
Two master bedrooms on main floor, both with King size beds. These two rooms both connect to a bathroom that has been upfitted. Stairway to the upstairs area overlooks the Family/great room space for an open and airy feel. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs complete with queen size bed and twin bunkbeds in each bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms that have also been upfitted.

The house was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to the beach. The 4 bedroom, 3 baths was perfect for my family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated starters of trash bags and toilet tissue. We especially appreciated the smooth communication with the host and how quickly they responded when we had questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home!

An absolute gem of a place. More than met our needs for 8 adults. It’s so convenient to get to the beach and it’s away from the hustle/bustle at the roundabout. Plenty of beach items available if you don’t bring your own. We absolutely highly recommend staying at this house, BUT I warn you…you may not want to leave.

House and accommodations could not have been better. The house is very spacious, we had 6 adults and 3 children and with that many bodies we never felt cramped. The front porch/deck was very nice for after dinner sitting with views of the ocean. Check in process was a breeze and the host could not have been better communicating or answering questions. Great experience

Relaxing, Spacious Home with Stunning Porch

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The highlight was definitely the front porch—perfect for morning coffee and watching the ocean at night. You can really feel the care put into this home. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice home with all you need for a fun stay. Location was wonderful. Porch and downstairs areas are well done. Grill was clean and easy. The owners even left the downstairs closet open for us to use all of the boogie boards, toys and chairs. All of the appliances worked well and I love the coded door.

Great week at the beach.

This last week was my fifth summer at OIB and each time I've stayed in a different beach house. The house provided everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation and I would stay here again, which about the best praise you can get.

Holiday Happiness

We absolutely love our family times at Ocean Isle! This rental was perfect for a great holiday, the owners were more than accommodating and we all had a grand time. Great layout inside and out for loads of fun. Hoping to return again soon!

Great property and location

Home was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Location to beach access was great-not much farther than being beach front! Loved the front porch and all the seating. I would definitely recommend.

Great family house

We stayed with our two grown children and one of our parents. Cozy house with an open floor plan. Easy access to everything. Very nice and would stay there again!

Ocean Isle gem

Great house with beach access directly across the street and community pool right behind the house. Very clean, totally renovated, decorated very nicely. Would definitely rent again.
