Summary:
Live like a true Denver local in this Modern LoHi Oasis! This amazing tri-level home has beautiful high-end finishes and most importantly, you’ll be walking to several of the best restaurants and shops Denver has to offer. You’ll have stunning views of downtown and Pikes Peak in the distance from our private rooftop deck, which will be cherry on top for your Denver visit!

The Space:
This newer 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath modern home features modern and Southwest touches and an open layout in one of the best locations in Denver. You’ll have 3 levels to stretch out and relax in as well as a rooftop deck and small balcony with a grill for those warm Colorado Summer nights. The main living space has a huge comfy sectional sofa so you can Netflix and Chill by the gas fireplace. Head on over to the dining room and host a fancy dinner after serving up some appetizers in the open-concept gourmet kitchen.

Comfort and style meet together in the 2-bedrooms, and additionally being able to watch TV while having breakfast in bed! Go up one flight of stairs from the main living area for the best private rooftop you can wish for! You’ll have breathtaking views of the city, a patio umbrella for those hot sunny days, and patio furniture for a Happy Hour cocktail or al fresco dining. If you’re planning to drive, you have the easiest access to Downtown, I-25, I-70, and 6th Ave if you’re heading to the mountains or any other Colorado destinations.

You’ll be in Denver's prime location within walking distance of Linger, Sushi Ronin, Little Man Ice Cream, Z Cuisine, Spuntino, Old Major, Root Down, Ale House, Avanti, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Downtown, 16th Street Mall, and many more bars, and restaurants, boutiques, and shops! Beer fans will love the many craft breweries in the area! Try the Graham Cracker Porter at Denver Beer Co., sample German-style brews at Prost Brewing, or check out a guest brewer's talents at Factotum Brewhouse. Consult the Denver Beer Trail for more breweries to sample in the neighborhood.

Walk downtown by crossing the Platte River at the Highland Arch Bridge or stay in LoHi to avoid the ballpark crowd and enjoy an photo-worthy happy hour. Because it’s located just north of downtown, you get the unbeatable city and mountain views from almost anywhere in this sought-after area!

Families can play for free the first Tuesday of every month from 4-8 pm at Children's Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus. Create in The Art Studio, power a hot air balloon, or make giant bubbles! On a hot summer day, there is no better place to hang out than at Confluence Park. Where Cherry Creek meets the South Platte River. People can access this area via two pedestrian bridges, one over the South Platt and the other over Cherry Creek. This has become a hotbed for water sports enthusiasts. Kayakers, tubing fans, and people on stand-up paddleboards take advantage of eddies and custom chutes enhancements on the river. In addition to the paddler’s paradise, this area is popular among runners, cyclists, picnickers, and people out for a stroll. Your kids can wade in the water and cool off in the summer heat while watching the on-water activities. Take a relaxing ride on the Denver Trolley, located at REI. The 25 minute round trip ride stops at the Denver Aquarium and Children’s Museum and offers a bird’s eye view of downtown, Mile High Stadium, and Elitch Gardens Theme Park.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to most of the home - 2 bedrooms with queen beds; kitchen, living, and dining areas; rooftop deck; washer and dryer; full and half bathrooms (2 closets and the master bedroom on the upper-level are locked and are not for guest use)

Getting Around:
Denver has great scooter and car rental options for visitors like Car2Go, which offer by-the-minute rentals that can be picked up and dropped off almost anywhere.

• Blinds: Most of these blinds are raise/lower by hand, but the kitchen balcony door blinds are a bit different. Please be gentle and pull the cord straight down rather than out. Pull towards the center of the door to lower and away from the center to raise.

Wedding

We came to Denver for a wedding in the family. Had a great time. The condo was wonderful, and the location was perfect for us. Many restaurants within walking distance to choose from. Really enjoyed roof top deck. Excellent view of downtown Denver. Perfect ending for everyday we were there. Whenever I had a question their response was quick and helpful.

Property was very nice. Well-equipped and stocked with the needed amenities. Parking on Friday night was difficult but the rest of the days of our stay were ok.

Excellent stay

The place was awesome, clean great location for us going to an event at ball arena. The neighborhood is very nice and food & drinks in walking distance. Close to union Station and downtown. Comfortable beds, only 1 shower but the rest of the place made-up for it.

Property Exceeded Expectations

I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Denver book this rental. Very well kept/clean, the rental is even better in person (hard to imagine I know), the location is fantastic, and the overall experience while renting was incredible. Great communication with the property manager. Would easily book again. I have zero complaints. You need to see it to appreciate it.
