The location was excellent - across from a lovely park. The owners left exceedingly helpful info on the area. We ate at several of the recommended places and found all of them delightful. It also steered us to very walkable, interesting neighborhoods. The place itself was extremely well stocked. We all found the beds comfortable and the place immaculate. The directions from Abi, the owner were very clear. The parking was easy. The checkout instructions were very typical of VRBOs and very clear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will certainly return the next time we are in Denver.

Perfect Location!

We came to Denver for a wedding, and this apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was unbeatable — right across from the park and an easy stroll to Pearl Street with its amazing restaurants and bars. We worked remotely during our stay and found plenty of space to focus and be productive. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with every amenity we could need. Thank you for a great stay!

We're delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your stay! Walking to Pearl Street is one of our favs. (If you come back again, be sure to walk over to South Gaylord street--just across the park!) Thanks again for choosing our rental for your trip to Denver!

Wonderful location!!

This basement apartment was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. It is fully updated and you nearly forget you are in a basement! Parking was easy and always available. Its location directly across the street from Washington Park was such a perk! It also is a 2-3 block walk to a neighborhood coffee shop that we went to every morning. We felt totally safe and comfortable in this home and would stay again!!

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the space, easy parking, time in Wash Park, and morning coffee at Wash Perk. (That coffee shop is a neighborhood institution!)

Great Wash Park Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this well appointed Washington Park basement unit. The location for us was perfect and across from the lovely “Wash” Park. The place was easy to access and check in was smooth. There are a few steps down to enter the unit which is in the basement of the home but once entering it opened up nicely and was very comfortable. The two king beds perfectly suited our needs and were comfortable and the linens clean and crisp. The baths were spacious enough and spotless. The one thing to note is that you can hear footsteps overhead occasionally but nothing that was too loud or bothersome. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it was well equipped and the coffee provided was tasty and a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this place for your stay in the charming and walkable Washington Park area of Denver!

We chose this location for its closeness to the University of Denver since we were there to help our daughter move into the dorms. The home was what we needed with two well furnished bedrooms and a simple kitchen (no stove). We liked having a parking space. It's a safe neighborhood. This area is great. It's within walking distance to a lovely and very active park. We walked from the home through the park to a pizzeria and then a local bakery/cafe. It's a peaceful way to unwind and get a feeling for the city. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it fit our needs.
