Just what the Doctor ordered

We loved our stay at the healing Vista. Beautiful uptown setting within walking distance to everything. You can walk to restaurants and everything else uptown has to offer. Also super convenient to grasshopper point, Wilson canyon, and slide rock. Perfect home base for exploring Sedona. The view from the porch is the best in town.

Great location, quiet neighborhood close to all the action. Very little light pollution so the night time sky is wonderful to see. Comfortable beds.

Sedona Views Close to Town

We stayed at this property for 5 nights in order to hike in the area. The location of this property is perfect - only 5-10 minute walk to downtown Sedona. However, you are far enough away so you don't feel like you're "in town". The views from the deck of the house are fantastic - just what we came for. Lisa was super quick answering our questions and we would stay here again.

Comfortable with gorgeious views

The house was very comfortable for 3 women on a girls' trip. It is a little quirky with the 3rd bedroon not accessible except through the bathrooms and some interesting old school features, but we found the quirkiness charming. And the views are truly jaw-dropping. We spent a lot of time just on the deck looking at the beauty. But when we did go out, it is very close to everything you could need in Uptown. Property manager was super helpful and responsive. We will stay there again if (when) we go back!

Gorgeous views and a responsive owner!

Lisa’s home had all we needed for our stay from the well-stocked kitchen, laundry and restroom essentials, to thirsty towels and gorgeous views from nearly every room. The sofas recline and are fabulously comfortable. The neighborhood is so very quiet also. While we were there we had a small issue with the toilet in the main bathroom. Lisa was right on it and had it fixed the next day. With just the two of us, we really could’ve just shared the half-bath toilet, but she wanted to fix it for us, which just shows some real caring and initiative. Thank you, Lisa! We’d definitely rent from you again if we find ourselves in Sedona.

Beautiful spot!

This was a perfect location to enjoy peace and quiet and outstanding views - it feels like you are in the country - but also be only minutes from town, quaint shops, and many great trailheads. The view from the deck and from all the windows is breathtaking. The house is older, and has a distinct mid-century style, but has all the modern conveniences you need! We felt at home and would stay again.

So close to Everything

The location of this property is superb! The views of mountains and red rocks out the windows are stunning, and within an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Uptown. We appreciated the peace and quiet of the location. The comfortable beds and reclining sofas were a hit!

Fantastic house in uptown Sedona

Beautiful home with stunning views of the red rocks. The property manager, Lisa, took wonderful care of my son and I and provided excellent recommendations for hikes, restaurants, and fun things to do in the Sedona area. The house was sparkling clean and in excellent condition. The location was great and one evening, while on the back deck eating dinner on the back deck enjoying the scenery, we saw a whole family of nine javelinas crossing the road. This was truly a trip we will treasure for a lifetime. We will be back! Thank you, Lisa!!

Great host, great property

Lisa was terrific to work with and the property was wonderful - clean, well-decorated, great views, and completely lived up to the description posted on the site. It was also very close to lots of restaurants and shops while still feeling like a remote stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect Mother Daughter Get Away

The home was perfect for us. We especially loved workiing puzzles, playing games, and catching up in the dining room with the gorgeous views. The kitchen is well stocked for nachos too!

Hiking Getaway

A friend and I stayed for a four-day hiking trip in early December. The house was clean, and the check-in process was easy. The views from the deck and inside were amazing, and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Peaceful with beautiful views, awesome location

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary here waking up to red rock views. We ordered in a few times and pick up was a breeze thanks to the upper part of town being 5min away. Very quiet, peaceful tucked away spot!

The Grandest of Trips

Red rock getaway

The home was great. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. We cooked in most meals and had everything we needed. The reclining sofas were great for relaxing at night. We would definitely stay again!

The best home base in Sedona

We are so grateful to have found Healing Vista. Lisa was a gracious host and the home is in the best Uptown Sedona location. It was a cozy home base for us as we explored the outdoors for a week. Perfect!

I started my career as a Research Botanist working for Northern Arizona University, where I earned a BS & an MS in Forestry. I then raised my children and volunteered at their schools and started a food co-op. My hobbies are writing songs, playing guitar, cooking, hiking, biking, editing, and studying real estate. I am a licensed realtor and I manage this wonderful property, which I own. I was guided towards real estate by my passion for helping people, my love for nature and architecture, my understanding of plants, ecology and hydrology, and my love for writing, editing, and mathematics.
