Welcome to our lakefront getaway located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State.

This property has 2 regular sized bedrooms w/additional sleeping loft, and 1 bathroom and can sleep up to 8 guests and has extra parking additional vehicles. It features upper and lower decks with panoramic views of the lake, a lower waterside deck area with chairs and umbrella, a private dock with a ShoreMaster boat lift all of which are accessible at the lake front (see pictures). Cast a line off the dock for some great fishing, float peacefully in an inflatable tube, relax in the oversized hammock or enjoy a paddle around the lake in kayaks!

Take a step inside of “Jewel of Cayuga” to find an immaculately clean, fully furnished, and comfortable living space. A fully stocked kitchen with seating for 8 and a spectacular open living area featuring panoramic views of the lake will take your breath away as you enter. This area contains a SMART TV, a sofa, a twin size memory foam futon, a sleeping loft with two additional queen size mattresses, and a pellet stove for use in colder months. Situated on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake, less than a mile from NY Long Point State Park, this comfortable, fully furnished and equipped two-bedroom cottage can be yours to enjoy.

Sit back and enjoy your favorite beverage while casting a line on the dock or roast marshmallows by the warmth of a firepit on the 100 ft of lakefront that encompasses this jewel!

*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

The Finger Lakes region is beautiful, however, there are environmental considerations:

1. The shoreline and lake floor is rocky/slippery. We recommend bringing/wearing water shoes for to avoid cuts to feet and/or falling.

2. Always check for algae blooms prior to entering the lake water.

3. Always check for ticks.
