Diese Wohnung hat ein Spa-Badezimmer mit Regendusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne, eine voll ausgestattete Küche für kulinarische Abenteuer, Sofas mit Fußstütze und verstellbarer Lehne und viel Platz zum Entspannen.

Schlafe wie ein König im extra großen Bett im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein extra Bett im ausklappbaren Schrank. 

Tritt raus auf die Terrasse mit Feuerstelle für gemütliche Abende. Die Windy City wartet!

Willkommen zu unserer stylischen Zwei-Zimmer-, Küche-, Bad-Wohnung mit zeitgenössischem Charme. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen Kamin für gemütliche Abende und Sofas mit Fußstütze und verstellbarer Lehne. Für Filmabende ist der 65-Zoll-Fernseher mit diversen Streaming-Apps ausgestattet. 

Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kücheninsel und separatem Essbereich ist perfekt für jede Mahlzeit.



Das Spa-Bad mit zwei Personen Whirlpool Badewanne und Regendusche, lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein extra großes Bett und ein weiterer Fernseher mit Streaming-Apps für entspannte Abende. Mehr Schlafgelegenheiten notwendig? Neben dem Essbereich kann ein Zwei-Personen-Wandschrankbett heruntergeklappt werden, ohne den restlichen Bereich zu beeinträchtigen.

Great place to stay! In walking distance to many coffee shops and eateries. Very clean and inviting. The place itself is fully stocked with everything we needed. Check out-in and check-out instructions were very simple.

This place is beautiful, conveniently located on a quiet street with ample street parking, and very well-appointed. There are clear directions for the use of the unit and Thomas and Cynthia are extremely responsive.

Such a cute little home. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and modern. Our host was responsive and helpful during our short stay and we’d definitely like to book again.

The apartment is in a safe area with close child and dogs parks. It is walking distance to multiple bus lines as well as the subway. The home was sparkling clean, easy access, the owners contact information was in multiple areas as were recommendations for restaurants etc nearby. The backyard deck area was nice for evening reading.There is a fabulous small Italian restaurant a block away called Oggi; great food and service. I will certainly stay at this home again when in Chicago and recommend without reservation.

Perfect Chicago Stay!

This condo was everything in the description and more. Sparkling clean, very stylish, roomy, comfortable bed and couches, cool outdoor area and lots of thoughtful touches made our stay perfect. I highly recommend this condo-I will stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for a sisters weekend getaway!! Everything was comfortable and clean. Host just downstairs so great to know if anything was needed. Besides a little snafu with parking, everything went smoothly. There was not any permitted parking available for 3 of our 4 days there. We were able to find free street parking just a few blocks over though, so not a huge deal, just wasn't expecting it. Great little shops and restaurants within walking distance. Takes only 10-15 minutes to walk to the L. The street overlooks a green space so it felt very calm and quiet. Would absolutely recommend anyone staying here.

Great place!

This condo was perfect. The sky lights were so nice. Darkening shades in the bedroom were appreciated. I didn’t want to get out of the gorgeous shower. 😁I would absolutely stay there again.

We were very pleased with our hosts. We found the apartment to be clean and well appointed. Permitted street parking was never a problem and the neighborhood was quaint and quiet.

Perfect family stay!

We had a great time during our week here. The condo was probably the most equipped I’ve stayed in: coffee, dish and laundry detergent, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, even Qtips! It was clean, well decorated and updated. We loved the shower and my kids loved sleeping in the Murphy bed. We were worried about parking but shouldn’t have been. Was easy to get a spot on the block every day, usually right in front. Would definitely recommend!

Rental was exactly as described. Great shower. Space on sides of bed is tight. Be careful about parking in front. It is permit parking directly in front. Good kitchen. Comfortable spaces.

All Super Everything

Super cozy. Super clean. Super quiet. Super safe. Hidden gem eats, drinks, coffees, shops just around the corner. Super easy to navigate the city from here. Blue Line entrance is spitting distance from here and Ubers are at the door in an instant. 10/10 would recommend!

Tidy Noble Square Condo

Remodeled condo on quiet street within walking distance of restaurants and CTA Blue Line. Short Uber ride to the heart of downtown Chicago. Property owner was super-quick to respond to questions. Would recommend installation of black-out curtains in the bedroom, as much ambient light comes in from neighbors leaving their rear porch lights on 24/7. My wife and I enjoyed our stay!

Just fyi, there is a blackout blind installed on the bedroom window that you just have to pull down :) The curtains are more for decoration. Hopefully you can make use of it in case you choose to stay with us again!

It is difficult to find nice vacation rentals in Chicago as all highrises prohibit short term rentals. This condo is amazingly well located and connected. You can walk downtown in 45 minutes, you can bike there in 10 with Divvy bike rental stations around the corner, you can use the L (CTA blue line) which is an 8 minute walk from the property and takes 5 minutes into the loop or you can drive/Uber and be anywhere within 5 to 10 minutes.

The property is also completely rehabbed, insulated and in a quiet side street - and ideal location to share with the world.

The spa bath of course is a big plus to the location. The ease of parking as it's residential permit only (we give out guest permits at no charge), the patio with BBQ and fire pit and the space.
