The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful Logan Square apartment! Experience Chicago like a local in this spacious 2-bedroom, 2nd-floor home featuring soaring high ceilings, abundant natural light, and curated artwork throughout, creating a comfortable and inspiring retreat in one of Chicago's most vibrant neighborhoods. Located on a quiet street, you'll enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying steps away from all the action. Climate control with both heating and AC keeps the apartment comfortable year-round.
The living room offers a soothing space with a comfy queen-size sofa bed and TV with Roku streaming, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A desk and reading light are available for remote work or planning your adventures. The dining area features a table that seats 4-5 comfortably.
High-speed WiFi keeps you connected throughout the apartment. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, while Bedroom 2 has a full bed—both with ample closet space for your belongings. The bathroom includes a bathtub, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer for added convenience.

Wonderful apartment, super clean and had everything we needed. Great location and easy access to public transportation. Street parking was easy to find. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space! Would stay again.

We enjoyed our week long stay. The apartment was very cute and in a very good location to get to the nearby activities we had in Logan Square, Bucktown, and Wicker Park. The host, Nathan, reached out ahead of time with clear instructions about the property and checked if we needed the sofa bed setup. The laundry was also very convenient.

This has to be the best VRBO property I've ever stayed at. Super clean, comfortable beds. Numerous thoughtful touches that greatly improved the experience. Each bedroom had a luggage rack and plenty of hangers. There were LOTS of towels and a non-slip mat for the bathtub. The coffee station was much appreciated as were the snacks provided. We took advantage of the laundry facilities in the basement. Great neighborhood, walkable to restaurants and transportation. Highly recommend this listing.

Great space! Great location! We were very comfortable in this apt. Nothing missing. Getting in was easy and we loved the slippers after we took our shoes off. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We'll definitely stay there again when we travel to visit our son who also lives in Logan Square.

This is a great spot! A very quaint residential area with easy access to public transportation. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhoods and would stay here again. The host was very responsive and proactively took care of a minor smoke detector issue upon our arrival.

Cute apartment with all the comforts of home. The property is close to shopping and dining in Logan Square and within a couple of blocks of a bus stop, just as promised.

This was a great place for us to stay while visiting our child living in nearby Wicker Park. Excellent communication with owner before and during stay. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea and snacks were appreciated. No problems at all parking right out front, and also very walkable to restaurants, cafes, movie theater, etc. We would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing!!!! There was a bunch of free street parking so it was great not having to worry about paying for it. The house was so clean and had a lot of room for our 3 guests. It had a kitchen with everything we needed so we were able to cook for one night!! Overall a great experience! We loved it!! Thank you Nathan:)

Absolutely wonderful! A very nice neighborhood, quiet tree-lined, one-way street, easy on and off the freeway and excellent grocery store within walking distance. The kitchen is top level, the laundry in the basement and back garden are easily accessible via the private back stairs. Very comfortable living and dining space. The apartment is compact, but the four of us were quite comfortable. The host is excellent. Communication was quick and reliable, not to mention informative and very helpful. For those wondering about security, there were absolutely no concerns. Street parking is right in front and there's no traffic I could see except for residents. We routinely walked to the store and around the neighborhood in the evening and never saw anything of slightest concern. It was a marvelous experience

The property was very clean, well equipped, and there were thoughtful touches like snacks and coffee. Nathan was a great communicator, and he is very accommodating. The location was great, and it is an easy walk to the blue line train and buses. The apartment is exactly as described.

Great property! Clean, well appointed and inviting. The main room is bright and uncluttered. Bedrooms are small but they each have a closet and plenty of plugs. It is requested to not wear shoes inside but they provided slippers and there is a little spot with a bench to put your shoes on and off. Location is great. The owner is very responsive and I highly recommend!
