This comfortable 2 bedroom Guest Suite (sleeps 4 in two queen beds) is located above an acclaimed food & wine spot in Roscoe Village - one of the city's premier neighborhoods - with 1000 square feet to relax and enjoy including amenities like a gas fireplace, 42' TV with HD channels and access to your paid subscriptions (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc), free wifi, comfy couch & seating, full kitchen, central HVAC, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, and more.

Sopra Volo Guest Suites are conveniently located on Chicago’s north side just a mile and a half west of Wrigley Field in Chicago's charming Roscoe Village neighborhood, “A Village within the City”. This truly unique neighborhood offers acclaimed dining to fit any style or budget, boutique shopping, galleries, parks and easy access to grocery shopping and public transportation.

Just 3 blocks from the Paulina Brown Line (connects to the Red Line to Mag mile and the Loop, or Purple Line to Evanston), 4 blocks from Whole Foods, 2 blocks from the Belmont or Addison Street Bus, and steps away from the Damen Avenue Bus (to United Center or Wicker Park/Bucktown). Skip the car and save your money. Bicycles also available for daily rental within a half block!

Holiday and special event weeks may require a 3 to 7 night minimum stay. Low season, if available, normally requires a 2 night weekend minimum. The place was perfect! Very clean and great location! Lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. Perfect size condo for 4 adults. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely no complaints.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Roscoe Village look no more. This apartment is large, bright, and beautiful. It is so clean and well appointed that you will feel immediately at home. Jon, the host, is very responsive and especially accommodating. This is our third time staying here and we have loved every visit!

Such a wonderful spot. The place was gorgeous and SO spacious. Jon was an amazing communicator and very helpful with any questions I had. Great neighborhood too. I definitely recommend and will be coming back next time I’m in Chicago!

What a nice place, in a nice location! We came to see the Cubs play the Detroit Tigers. There was a bus direct to Wrigleyville about 2 blocks away. The apartment sits right on top of a wine bar and Jon the host was great, a very nice person. We will definitely stay here for our next trip!

We loved our stay! The location cannot be beat. Free street parking was close and easy to find. Walkable to all the lovely shops and restaurants in Roscoe Village and beyond. Jon and Janine were very easy to work with, accommodating and responsive. The apartment was clean, very spacious and comfortable, and had everything you could need for a short or extended stay. As a big added bonus their restaurant, Volo Wine Bar and Restaurant, was just downstairs and it is fantastic! We ate there two of three nights and look forward to visiting again!We definitely recommend this apartment and whenever back in the area will check availability here first.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect-walking distance to Wrigley Field, great shopping, and everything Roscoe Village has to offer. The space itself was so cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Jon was an outstanding host. He provided excellent recommendations for parking, transportation, and restaurants, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to visit Roscoe Village again. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in the area.

Great stay!

We came to town for Cubs games. My one worry was being in a safe area. We walked to Wrigley 3 times, always felt safe. Nice place and would stay again!

Fantastic location!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The photos don’t capture how cute the unit is and how centralized it is in the Roscoe neighborhood. It’s also a short walk to the train and downtown Chicago. Would stay here again!

I have been a neighborhood resident for over 20 years and have not only enjoyed raising my children while seeing a positive transformation of Chicago during that time, but also of the Roscoe Village neighborhood and its amenities. I own and operate an award-winning and acclaimed restaurant/wine bar here, and realized the need for a stylish vacation rental conveniently located right in the heart of our community.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

While staying at Sopra Volo (means 'above Volo' in Latin), guests have immediate access to more than a dozen dining options to fit any budget, pretty sidewalk cafes & hidden backyard garden patios, as well as unique independently owned retail shops & boutiques (also a Starbucks on our block housed in a converted former Motorcycle Cafe 'The Ace Cafe').

Within blocks there are family friendly parks, a baseball diamond, public pool, and a park district field house (offering tennis courts & a basketball court), as well as kayaking nearby.

The neighborhood is extremely walk-able, upper-middle class and safe, has seen a wave of renovations over the last decade, and just two blocks away there is a 100+ year old Pencil Factory that has been converted to lofts, with original factory-worker row houses still intact located on adjacent blocks.

Public transportation is easy from Sopra Volo and includes the Damen bus just steps out the front door (a direct 10 minute ride to the heart of Bucktown & Wicker Park), Chicago's famous 'EL' train at the Paulina stop just three blocks away, plus the Belmont or Addison (direct to Wrigley Field- Home of the Cubs) Street Bus just two blocks away. Taxis and Ubers are also readily available.

If you visit during the summer, Wrigley Field is just a 20-minute walk (about a mile and a half) through residential neighborhoods and tree-lined streets, filled with 100 year old plus houses.

Finally, the guest suite is located directly above the acclaimed wine bar, Volo. It is beautifully designed with a chic modern brasserie interior and rustic hidden backyard cabana garden in which we from time to time host weddings. Additionally, the unit is located directly across the street from the celebrated casual brunch spot, Kitsch'n on Roscoe. Decked out in colorful 1970's retro dinette sets, and filled with assorted retro and vintage decor, Kitsch'n has been featured in Bon Apetit Magazine and on $40 a Day with Rachel Ray!
